Each time (three trips total) I picked it up, the leak was as bad or worse. A bad part from the factory was blamed on one occasion, and on another, they said it was something else that was causing the problem. I had to rent a truck to keep business rolling. Between the $3000 Enterprise Truck bill and the $2000 that they charged, I paid about five grand to have a worse oil leak. Fast forward to me taking it to a Ford dealership when I returned to Indianapolis. Apparently, they broke the rear driver bolt in the oil pan (which I had paid to have replaced) and they had put RTV sealant on it in an attempt to resolve that issue. Didn't work. The truck still leaks a tremendous amount of oil. So back to the drawing board (Ford dealership) and another three grand out of pocket. Eight grand spent in an attempt to take care of a gasket. I'm a lucky lucky guy. Very friendly people who for whatever reason, failed miserably. I wish I could say their communication was good. I would be lying. On two occasions, the truck wasn't repaired when they had promised it, and neither time did anyone decide that picking up the phone and letting me know about the delay was worth their time. Anyone can make a mistake or have a bad day. I'm self employed, and I make mistakes myself, but I take responsibility for them when I do. I was travelling through the area, and as such was a captive audience. No reason to rectify their problem since I lived in a different state and would never be back. They saw me coming. Never again will I go anywhere but Ford for repairs on my trucks.

My car's alignment had issues ever since I got new tires from Pep Boys (who completely fumbled…read morethrough it all). Took it in for an alignment. A check was conducted first, I was then called and informed about what's wrong and that we should do an alignment. Cost etc was discussed up front at time of arrival. Incidentally, the alignment was not 100% right and requested the Palmers at Meineke Exton to take a look again. Not only did they fully agree to take a look, they also did not charge for the redo. Bill Palmer, the shop manager, is extremely polite, professional and patient, taking the time to explain everything and answering every question I had. I want Exton & nearby areas folks in need of any auto care to know that this Meineke location operated by the Palmers is GREAT. Customer experience is top priority and you can feel it first hand. There are a lot of auto care shops around but this one steals the show. I personally would continue coming here for all my needs and would recommend the same to all friends and family including at work.

This was an enormous waste of my time.
