I have been utilizing the services of Welsh in Exton for about 4 years now after migrating here from CT. I have only good things to say. Shawn and Austin are very ethical and professional. And they go out of their way to make sure you are a satisfied customer. They accurately diagnose and resolve issues. They keep you updated on what might need attending to in the future. Appointments and time commitments are kept. And in a jam they are very helpful. Whether you need an oil change, battery, tires or your fuel "infection" system dealt with it will be done right the first time. And you always leave with a lottery ticket to scratch and hope! These guys are great. I have a 2014 Subaru Forester and there was a loud whine coming from the rear end. I took it to Welsh Automotive and told them I thought it was the rear wheel bearings which they confirmed in a very short time. They also told me that the front brakes would need to be replaced by the next inspection so I had them replace the wheel bearings, install new brakes and do a 60,000 maintenance on the vehicle. The car was done that day. Truly the most courteous and professional people in this business as they explained how they determined which bearings were bad and what maintenance I would need in the future. I brought my car to Welsh Automotive for an oil change . I was always used to taking my Acura to the dealership . Great and reliable service . I have gone back for oil changes, inspection, new tires .. most recently My brakes were feeling weird . I took it to dealership and they tried to tell me I needed new brakes, rotors and tires . I took it to Shawn. I didn't need new brakes or tires . I got new front rotors at a fair and wonderful price ! I have referred family and friends and everyone has been pleased with the service and care they were given ! I highly recommend Welsh Automotive! Shawn and Austin blew it out of the water! I had taken my car for inspection at another location and was told I needed almost $4000 in repairs to pass. One of the items was almost an entire exhaust system. I was referred to Shawn by a friend and he did not disappoint! I got my car inspected and the tiny crack in my muffler was repaired with a weld. We discussed other items that I was told needed to be replaced and in truth did not. I felt he was honest, they are ultra polite, fair priced and I got my car inspected and repaired for a fair price ($250). They have themselves a new customer plus I will spread the word. I would take my car there strictly for their skill and knowledge of cars. I was recently in a minor accident and had a local towing company replace a flat tire that had occurred during the incident. After driving for a short period of time, I noticed a lot of vibration and noise coming from the front end. Luckily, I saw the sign for Welshman Automotive when driving and was able to stop in. After noticing that the lug nuts were loose; the owner grabbed a jack and wrench and tightened everything up for me- no charge. Great deal of professionalism and would recommend. read more

I have a friend that uses Welsh Automotive Exton (WAE) and had a great experience. So since I'm to PA. and needed my car inspected. The mechanics are very nice, helpful, and explained how the PA.
