The only "diagnostic" provided was a photo of the fluids on a color comparison card, no actual test results of any kind. I went home and tested the coolant and brake fluid myself. Both were perfectly fine. The brake fluid they recommended flushing had been done less than 2 years prior and was clearly documented on CARFAX, the same CARFAX they told me they use to generate recommendations. That's the problem. When I left a negative Google review, the shop called me and confirmed that services are recommended based on time, mileage, and whether they appear on CARFAX, not actual fluid condition. A color card is not a diagnostic tool. It's cover. Their process is designed to maximize recommendations, not accuracy. Nothing in it is designed to tell them a service isn't needed. If your shop is recommending fluid flushes based on mileage and a color card, find a new shop.

We stopped at CJ's to see if they could quickly help us get back on the road. The plastic piece was torn up pretty bad. The operations manager, Natasha, was so friendly and assured us that she and her technician would do what they could to at least get us back on the road. Within an hour we were. The associate, Tiamarie, was also very friendly and helped my young children setup an XBox so they could play a few games while we waited. Oh, and they didn't even charge us! I will definitely remember the great service I received at CJ's in my time of need when it comes to needing automotive service in the future!

They were also very helpful in coordinating a rental. The work that was done looks great. I had two questions/ concerns after getting my car back. One was that I thought that the piece below the bumper was a different color or finishing gloss than it originally had. Steve was nice enough to show me the factory recommendations as well as pictures from drop off day which cleared up that issue. The new piece they put on was brand new which is why I thought there was a different color or finishing gloss on it originally. Thank you to Steve for clearing that up. The only issue I still have is that my car was returned with a very minor amount of additional damage. There was a spot at the top/ rear of my car with prior damage. When the car was returned to me a small chip with no open hole turned into a 1 inch by 2 inch hole. There was a chip prior to dropping it off that still had the plastic piece attached. However when it was returned to me, the chip with no hole had turned into a hole. Steve contested that the piece was hanging on by a thread and that it could have been blown off by the wind. I believe the spot was covered and the plastic could not have been removed aa easily as he suggested. We took a look at some drop off pictures briefly that were blurry and inconclusive when zoomed in. I have asked Steve to send me additional pictures not zoomed in and he has yet to send me them.

They are extremely honest and don't suggest work unless it is absolutely necessary. Mark the owner is the nicest guy. My daughters old Honda had a major issue. After they quoted the price for the repair, they've had to put in many many hours of additional work and Marc did not charge a dime more. He is a great guy and isn't looking to do anything other than serve his customers well and earn their business for the long-term. I couldn't be happier with their work and the trust I have in them. I'm not taking my car to the dealership for oil changes or inspections ever again. Every time I go to the dealership they're suggesting that the brakes need to be redone For $800. Mark said the brakes and rotors were fine. Finding a kindhearted trustworthy mechanic shop is a true find.

I drove in without an appointment in late August after having been rear-ended in my SUV. Coincidentally, my husband was away for a week and I had no one else to help me decide one repair shop over another and I did not want to make my husband concerned because he was on a much-deserved trip! So I was trying to navigate this on my own. Barb met me with a smile and was extremely sympathetic and understanding of my plight. She called Steve to come out and look at my car and he immediately said it should not be driven and I wasn't safe in it, so they took over as my ADVOCATES and fought all the battles on my behalf. Wow, am I ever glad I went there instead of somewhere else! They explained, briefly and completely, all my options and MOST IMPORTANTLY, all my legal rights! They are experts at how the insurance systems work and they know what they can and cannot do legally. I was completely taken care of! They got me a rental car which was delivered right to the shop and I was able to drive home from there without any problems and didn't pay a PENNY to the rental agency because they knew how to deal with the insurance company of the person who hit me. They stayed in touch with me and we worked out all the issues as time went on, even though they ended up having to keep my old car, which was declared to be totaled, on their lot for over 2 months until the insurance stuff was all figured out. The whole experience was so positive, warm, and supportive that I would recommend their business to anyone and everyone who needs them!
