Don't buy tires here. I got 4 new tires, and the tire pressure light is permanently on. CJ's is unable to fix the issue that they caused. Why would new tires have a pressure problem? My daughter got a new tire for a different car a week later and she has the same problem with the tire pressure light. CJ's can not resolve the problem. read more

Just spent $1,000 on my truck earlier this week. Wife made an appt. to WAIT WITH HER CAR for inspection. Upon arrival today, with book in hand to wait, employee said would not be able to get to it until late this afternoon. Why make a reservation or have the store ask the question "wait with it or drop it off" if they can't honor the answer? Just be clear when making rezzy and would confirm your choice a day or so in advance. read more

Went to Cj's to get 4 new tires for my suv. Was honest with Rob that this was my first time purchasing tires as a single woman-asked him to help. First-there were two recommended tires. He tells me there is a potential $220 rebate on the tires. And when I am ready to buy, can order online. Went to order online, no rebate available whatsoever. Called Rob. Asked him to confirm that the rebate he mentioned actually does NOT include the tires he was selling me. He confirmed. Said oh no cause he just sold a customer two of those that were being installed and he told him a rebate was applicable. I went with the tires anyway. Upon installation, a very odd situation happened where they claimed one of my brake pads was dangerously low. That was odd since my car had just been inspected at the dealer. I told them I'd go back to the dealer about that. Then it came time to pay for the tires and the Road Hazard warranty was pushed (another $34 per tire.) One thing on the paper at the register which is pushed towards you is not even accurate. I said I'd think about it. Next day I called Continental. Turns out all of their tires have a road hazard warranty for a year for free. There are a bunch of other noce perks including free roadside assistance. Rob never said a word-never gave me an inkling Continental had this. Continental confirmed that CJ's should have advised me of this instead of pushing their own Road Hazard Coverage which overlaps Continental's. Also, repeatedly Rob misquoted the mileage the tires are likely to get-I knew what it was supposed to be because I researched it. His number was higher. When I sent an email about how disappointed I was with this experience, guess who called me? Rob. And he basically said he "did not intend" to deceive me. But the thing is, he also "did not intend" to provide good customer service to a woman who proactively said she needed help. I asked Rob if I'd be hearing from anyone else there because I felt the way he dismissed my concerns was just more of the same bad service and he said that someone else would call me. That was over two months ago-no one called-I have no missed calls from CJ's either. So a few days later Rob calls-says my tires are now included on the rebate and he'd help me get the rebate. He said he'd prepare the paperwork on Monday when he returned to work (this call was on Friday)-surprise! Surprise! He did no such thing. I never heard from him again. It is really a concern if Rob is the one that is handling the complaints about Rob. I won't go back to this CJ's. My dealer on the other hand, really helped me out when I explained this was my first time handling car repairs etc. I think I'd rather pay a couple of dollars more for someone who is trying to help a vulnerable customer (dealership) over someone (Cj's) who misadvises, tries to take advantage of that same customer, has management that does not address a customer's concerns and fails to make right a situation. Lesson learned!! Hopefully someone else will be better protected by my posting this review. read more

Had a puncture in my front passenger tire and thought I needed it patched, but was told that the tread a little below patching standards. I'm OK with that. I kinda thought so, but wasn't sure. If these guys are going to let a customer know that safety is a first priority and not just patch it to make a quick buck, I'm all for it. You don't see that in a LOT of shops. I dropped off a tire from my daughter's car that went flat after hitting a pothole (shocking in Chester County I know). She went to pick it up after school and they not only put it back on the car but also cleaned up the mess in the trunk I made when I was putting on the spare. My tires were pretty warn off after not even 20K miles on it so I was told by Eddie that they will file warranty claim. But Eddie and Drew don't communicate with me at all and between each other, failing contacting the manufacture for warranty, keeps losing papers, starting all over and nothing is happening since January (today 7/19)! Disgrace, don't go! I keep calling, stopping by, meanwhile my tires squeak while turning and on Highway while changing lanes light comes up that I'm skidding. I wanna write this before I die due to tire failing. The worse part is that in the middle of dealing with all this trouble Eddie become a manager and told me he doesn't know anything about my situation and has to start all over again (then they had to start all over again later in my story) I was under impression that CJ's automotive was one big legit company that has they're s*** under control and not like: I want here I don't know about it", or "You didn't give it personally to my hands"....) read more

Expensive and over priced auto shop. Not helpful at all, just out for money. The people that work there, though not rude, do not seem to be interested in establishing customer relationships. I will not be returning here in the future. read more

Went to this company because they had attractive direct mailing. When I went in, Dan at the front desk was very helpful. Had vast knowledge of tires and I went with the brand he recommended which seemed to also be fair price. One of the reasons I stoppped here over many competitors, was front end alignment and balancing was included in price. I confirmed that with Dan when placing order. Unfortunately, when I picked the car up I was told they could not align the front end because there is a special machine that Mercedes Benz has which will probably cost me $200. This is a large tire chain. Is this the first S- Class Mercedes they have ever put tires on? Disappointing. read more

I've heard such great things about this location. Sad that every time I walk in the door the gentleman who runs the service desk acts like I'm the biggest pain in his arse. I asked for a price on one single tire and was told that it would take two hours. Had this been my first experience with him I might have been less annoyed. Customer service, people.
