I went here to finally get my snow tires off and swapped for my regular tires. It was a last minute decision bc my normal dealership couldn't fit me for a week and I had a growing leak in one of the tires that needed to be fixed. It also helped bc it was really close and I wasn't sure if I could make a longer drive with the way my tire was losing air... Anyhow, my first impression when calling for the appointment was the friendliness of the owner, Matt. He scheduled me for the following day without any hesitation. Once arriving, I explained I've had some really shitty car repair service in the past (getting charged for work never completed, etc) and asked if I could actually see the patch on the snow tire bf mounting my regular tires. Again, without any hesitation he said, "absolutely." Then (I realize this was a very lucky timing issue), while waiting for my car he popped in and explained he just ordered pizza for his guys and asked if I'd like a slice (?!?). That was pretty thoughtful... And yes, I accepted. Sadly, much to my dismay, not only couldn't the tire be repaired due to where the nail was lodged, it was discovered that my other rear tire had 3 nails in it! I had to trash both tires; However, he provided a complimentary car wash (which was amazing since my Volvo no longer looked black but yellow from all the pollen!) and honestly made such a great impression on me, I know that I will be back! He explained they do pretty much everything the dealerships do. So unless it's a specific issue only Volvo can do, he'll be having my business... I genuinely liked him. He really seems to want to make the customer happy and was great to work with overall! It's SO hard to find an auto place where you feel like you can trust the service you're getting. Absolute SCAM artist shop DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE for routine service. Especially STATE INSPECTIONS. 2 month old wiper blades failed the Inspection PASS, in order to pad the Bill $70, declaring a need to replace BEFORE passing. Never use this place! read more

Hit a pothole at night and had to be towed, sent the car to Quick Lane. They did not get it until 10 AM, but called me before noon with the bad news that the rim of the wheel was bent. Followed this up by texting me pictures and calling in a rim repair specialist for a second opinion. Once the wheel was confirmed done, they made multiple calls locating and confirming the correct OEM replacement and had one of their workers go at and get it. They close at 5 but stayed open later to complete the repair and get me back on the road same day. Excellent communication, excellent service, and thorough in their work. I am still dealing with a problem caused by Quick Lane in November stating with a simple service/oil change. My check engine light had never been on until right after the service. Fast forward to another visit and a $400 part I did not need. I took it to a more experienced mechanic ( after Quick Lane wanted me to bring it in again and see what else they could find) and learned that the dip stick was out/ too high since Quick Lane first worked on it. This caused further problems and was such a rookie mistake I can't believe it. I don't want to be cynical but believe other "problems" would keep getting discovered and need more parts. I take good care of my vehicle and has NO problems - other then due for service- until their tech worked on it. I mot only cannot recommend them but strongly advise you find somewhere more competent to take your vehicle. read more

Excellent service, fast, and professional. Highly recommend for oil changes, tires, inspections, brakes, and batteries. The waiting area is big and always clean,(unlike some filthy service centers that I've been in) and a complimentary car wash at the end is a nice touch. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I went to Quick Lane because my brakes were making a weird noise and they completely broke my brakes. I am lucky I made it home. They broke my brake line and had me not pay anything so there is no record of what they did. They also completely broke my window and it wouldn't go back into place. Excellent! I called to see how long it would take. "Come in and we'll get you right in". I was a bit skeptical but sure enough my car was taken in immediately. Very courteous and professional staff. Waiting area was huge and very clean - something you rarely see in a car care center. And a bonus car wash at the end! Will definitely return. read more

I came outside my house to see a flat tire, called AAA and had them us put air in it so I could just go and get it fixed, the tire was only 2 weeks old so I thought it was a leak at the wheel and didn't get a good seal. I talked to Darren who worked with to have somebody look at it. Darren came back and said that the tech who looked at van said he couldn't find a leak so I took it home and the next day the tire was low. Took it back and this time Darren and Matthew has somebody take the tire off the van and then wet it down looking for a leak, this time they found the leak on the inside side wall that was only a pinhole so I took the tire back to where I brought it at Airport Discount Tire and that wanted to charge me saying that I hit a pothole and pinched it. I told the guy to put the tire back on the van and i drove right to Quick Lane and talked to Darren, Chris and Matthew and told them that I had Tire and Wheel protection. Darren said he would have Matthew look into it so I waited, Matthew took the paperwork and told me he would get back to me sometime during the that day so I left. Matthew called me in less the a hour and ask when i could come back I said 45 minutes and then i went back and they put a new tire on and it didn't cost me any money. Thank you Darren, Chris, Matthew and the tech for getting my van back on the road. They have very fast service. read more

I took my Subaru Outback here because it was overheating and the heater wasn't working. They advise me that they were 100 % certain that it was the thermostat so I had them replace the thermostat which costs over $600. I took the car home and it immediately began to overheat and the heater wasn't working again so I took it back. The called me and said it was fixed so I drove it to work the next day in the middle of a snow storm and 10 minutes into my commute and began to overheat and the heater was not working again. I had to stop three times to let it cool down and to scrape the windows. I managed to get to work and I immediately called Quick Lane and advised them of the problem and that I would be bring it back after work. Unfortunately, on my way home from work it stalled on me in the middle of a busy highway. I managed to get it off the highway and Quick Lane did tow the vehicle for me. However, they had the car for over a week and they failed to update me with a status so I had to call them. They then proceeded to tell me that I now needed a new engine!! So in my opinion they misdiagnosed the problem and allowed me to drive which further damaged the engine. I had it towed at my expense to the Subaru dealership and I'm awaiting their diagnosis. So, I paid over $600 for nothing and now I might need to put a new engine in my car. read more
