However saw many "staff" that appeared to be in their 20s / 30s happily catcalling and yelling to 12-13 year old girls from across the street. My fiancé popped a tire on our car yesterday, and today I went to 3 J's at the recommendation of multiple family members. It's easy to see why they all suggested this place! We called early in the morning to ask about a replacement tire and if we had to set up an appointment. We weren't sure what size tire we had; they said it was no issue and they could size it and just to bring in the car today. I arrived a few hours later and Jay checked in with me very quickly, letting me know that they have the tire I need. He said they could take off my spare and replace it with the new one in a few minutes. When you blow a tire, you usually need to get 2 replaced so the tread wear is similar. When I asked if I needed a 2nd tire, he said that mine are still in great shape and that it's not necessary. I loved his honesty and that there was zero attempt to upsell me. The tire's price was also very fair! I was in and out in about 45 minutes without an appointment. Could not be happier with this service. read more

These guys are quick, cheap, and great overall people. Got recommended from the shop across the street. My boyfriend is a dimwit and won't get his tires fixed until they're balder than any bald man you've ever seen, and they were able to fit us in the schedule THAT DAY. Had 4 winter tires already at home that we brought and got the old rims switched too. Was only about 100 bucks for it all and everywhere else charges 100 bucks just for a tire. WOW. This joint is basically a waiting room and a shack, but the operation here is just untouchable. It was crowded as hell when I got there to get my four tires replaced, but I was in and out in less than an hour, and Jay employs a ton of people who appear to bust their asses constantly, so don't be too concerned about it taking forever. When you get tires from this place they also give you a slip so you can come back every 6,000 miles to get your tires rotated for free. Sounds like a good deal to me!! I noticed my tire was leaking air this morning. I called 3 J's to see if they would have time to look at it (on Saturday at 1:00, they close at 2) he told me to bring it right over it. They plugged my tire and filled all my other tires in less than 30 minutes for only $15. The entire staff was incredibly efficient, friendly, and hard working. I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future. UPDATE: Not so sure about this place anymore after I checked my tire pressure when I got home I found that the guy that fixed my tire actually put 45 pounds of pressure in it when it should have been 31 pounds. Wow. I can't say enough good things about this establishment! I had a blowout today on Dilworthtown Road in Glen Mills (absolutely disgraceful road!) AAA came and swapped out the spare. I brought my car to 3 J's. No appointment. Parking lot was full. It's 90°. Nothing but smiles and excellent customer service! 3 J's evaluated the tire (inside and out), plugged it, and patched it. $26! Service was excellent. I bought six heavy duty tires for my Diesel pusher rv (42000 lbs gross weight) The Michelins that were on there looked like new but were 12 yrs old so I needed new. I was initially worried that coach would be to heavy for them to work on but they handled it with ease Great price on tires and we hooked up our coach to trailer with a car on it and drove 2500 miles in 5 days to Las Vegas with absolutely no problems at all Coach floated over highway,very smooth ride. This happened last April (2017) and we have driven it a bunch more to other States. These Guys at 3 J's are the Best! I was only there upwards of a half hour. I was treated kindly by a very good looking tall blonde guy. They patched up my car and put air in all four tires, charging only $15. I'm so glad I found this place. Everyone was incredibly nice. They were busy but took me in, patched the tire and showed me a bubble they found in another tire. I had that one replaced. I came in town to see a tire source who eventually failed me. I had aftermarket Vossen rims custom powdercoated that I wanted to put on as well as add a new set of tires. I found out about 3Js through another Tesla owner while I was at the supercharger nearby. I was able to get a refund from the previous deal and show up unscheduled at 3Js as soon as they lifted the bay doors. I was greeted by Jay and Jeff. I decided to give them my business not only because they were knowledgeable about my Model S but they were talented, creative and was able to push my vision I had for my Model S with recommendations in tire sizes and price. He suggested high quality tires at a competitive price. When I got there the service was professional and done in a timely manner. The place is not the brightest and shiniest but the office was super responsive and their service was great along with the adorable office dog Sammy. I called late Thursday and they ordered my tires and had them delivered early Friday. I arrived on Friday and was three people deep (it is first come first serve) and they had me out of there in less than an hour. They also include free rotations for the lifetime of the tire. Got there at 11:15 they had not even started working on the car yet. Only had a tire fixed. Had to wait 20 minutes just to pay. Very very rude. I love this place! One of my tires basically exploded this past summer as my kids and I were just leaving for the beach. Someone told me about this place as it was less than a mile from where my tire blew out. I was in and out with a new tire in 15 minutes, they saved the day! I just went back there to get two new front tires and they did not disappoint. Stay away from big tire and auto stores that over charge and make you wait forever. Absolutely horrible experience. I went there to purchase 4 new tires total cost over 700.00. I asked owner can we negotiate the tire price. He stated after 30 years when someone asks me that I usually never do it and I give them three tries. I stated price is always negotiable if you say no that's okay. He stated now that's your second time. He became very rude and awfully disrespectful. He stated that a third time would get me booted from his tire shop. I advised him that in no way would I continue with this and removed myself from this horrible experience. I am saddened that a owner with over 30 years experience treats any customer like that.
