I pulled in when it was my turn, and the service tech could not have been nicer. He explained everything and I chose the most expensive synthetic oil and I had a $10.00 coupon. When they finished I asked if my tires were checked for air and he asked another guy working and he said yes they did. I explained my pressure light was still on and he said it may take a few minutes. I left and went to get gas and decided to check my tires, and no they did not add air! The back tire was very low and would not have happened in less than a five minute drive down the road to Shell. I really wanted to give them four stars for service and friendly staff but I specifically asked if they would check the tires when I pulled in because of my warning light. With multiple employees working on the car it should not have been missed- and it's on their checklist of things to do when you get an oil change!

My wife went in for a normal oil change, and they ended up flooding her engine. Not only did they ruin her car, but they refused to take responsibility to fix it and make it right. Car was totaled. I recently took my car in for an oil change and immediately noticed an oil leak the next day. I brought it back to valvoline TWICE for them to attempt to fix it (not knowing what the problem was. I was told it was fixed. The next time I started my car my check engine oil light was on. I took it to a 3rd party mechanic and they told me that whoever worked on the car last broke the entire oil pan and it needed replacing. I filed a claim and they refused to take responsibility for this as well. Had to pay for both fixes out of pocket. SAFE TO SAY I WILL NEVER BE GIVING THIS PLACE ANOTHER CENT BECAUSE THEYRE CRIMINALS.

They claimed they reinstalled the old parts, but they never even opened the hood, so there was no way the filter was reinstalled. Exceptional Service…read more I called to set up an appointment for an oil change. I was leaving the country, so i scheduled work to be done about 3 weeks away. Just in case my calendar doesnt remind me or that I forget that I even had it set up to begin with, I had asked them if they were going to give me a courtesy call or a text reminder the week of my oil change. Fast forward to returning from my vacation and they had sent me a text reminding me and to confirm my appointment for said date and time. I responded to their text and that was it, I was ready. I took my vehicle in. I was promptly seen, given an eta and left my key. I just decided to stay in the waiting area anyway because it wouldnt take that look anyway. I helped myself to their complimentary beverages in their fridge and shortly enough I received an email of all the workups my car needed and that the job is done. Note that this is just an inspection and you are not obligated to get the recommendations done immediately or with them- it is just for peace of mind. In the sheet, it lists what is immediate and a cost estimate to make it convenient for me. Whether you want the work done or not, it is up to you. I promptly paid for the oil change and I got to walk away with estimates for the next job and a completed oil change on my vehicle. Keep up the great job.
