I would give them Zero Stars if that was an option. I took…read moremy Lexus sedan for oil change and tire rotation. They removed the custom tire stems that are designed to communicate with the car's computer the air pressure in each tire. I was shocked to find the stems changed to plain rubber stems. When I returned to report the problem to Kevin Otto he acted like all his people were innocent. There was something about that encounter that left me feeling violated. $1,100 tire stems gone, stolen from my tires. I wouldn't trust them with changing a tire on a tricycle.

I went to Gibbons when my emergency brake hung up. If I had a lift I would have fixed it myself…read more I dropped it off and waited for them to contact me. A day later they called me to tell me it was fixed. It cost over $600 and they couldn't tell me exactly what was wrong. After having problems with the explanation, he finally just said, "The brakes were put on wrong". First, the brakes had been on the truck for over a year with no problems. Second, they didn't replace the brakes. The bill showed seals and labor. The emergency brakes weren't hung up any more so I left it at that but I'll never go back again.

I'm pretty sure they never gave it to me as I don't know why I would keep this receipt but not the warranty. In the last three weeks, this shop has completely washed their hands of helping me even though the federal guidelines say the warranty is good for 8 years. They can't even tell me who they bought the part from so I can call myself, that's how disorganized they are. I have been going here for car repairs for several years and realized I had never reviewed it…read more Given how important online ratings can be to a business, I figured it was only fair to the Qyst folks that I shared my experiences. I have several cars, from a 1967 through a 2016, and have had most of them here for various repairs or for tires. They can do newer high-tech cars relying on scanner codes and they can do old cars where all the diagnostics are done with the mechanic's eyes and skills. No matter the car, I have been satisfied EVERY time I've visited. Their tire prices are a little higher than the discount places, but not much. I'm happy to spend a few extra dollars for the knowledge that the installation will be trouble free. Appointment wait time is almost always within a week. They are friendly and communicate well throughout the process. If you don't need something, they won't try to sell it. I am thoroughly satisfied with Qyst and will be returning soon I'm sure! Hopefully not TOO soon;-)
