Amazingly responsive. Kind people, good work and quick service. Can't recommend highly enough. Bring cash or go to ATM down the street.

Clarence & his crew at CDM is phenomenal! So glad I stumbled across them while looking for tires. I got 4 used tires & new front brakes for $500. Went on a Saturday morning, no appointment, & I had no wait, & was out in an hour. They are cash only- come prepared! read more

No one wants to deal with a flat tire, couple that with it being a rainy cold holiday weekend and it's a recipe for a disaster Saturday. These guys turned that right around though. From the friendly service on the phone when I called to the quick efficient fix when I arrived I was very impressed! I was there under 10 minutes first thing in the morning. Problem diagnosed and fixed in that time. I had a screw in my tire and they were able to patch it very inexpensively. I've lived in West Philly my whole life and driven by this place forever, will definitely be back there with all my tire needs! read more

Clarence is the man I appreciate the new tires! Good price and fast. Best tire shop I've found so far around here.

I always go to CDM Tires when I have a flat. And recently the owner went way beyond good service get my tire off (it was stuck) so I could drive on the spare to CDM for repair. Highly recommended!! read more

The service was good and fast. The owner was knowledgeable. The price was good and the guys had me in and out in 25 minutes like they said they would. read more

Perfect experience. After dealing with other shops in Lower Merion who were incompetent, expensive, and very difficult to deal with, I went to this shop. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They fixed a damaged tire that was challenging, and their customer service was superior. I will be using them in the future for any tire needs. I can not say enough good things about this business. read more

We've been living in West Philly since 2010. These guys have fixed at least a dozen flats for us - incredibly fast, incredibly efficient, incredibly good repairs. Whenever we've got a puncture (thanks, West Philly) they hook us up with a fill or patch that lasts the life of the tire. Hell, I think our old car had a tire with CDM patches in 2 different spots... And when it's worse, the price of a replacement tire is always reasonable. (Usually, a patch is $15 and you're in and out in 5 minutes.) I'm writing today because I was looking online at for new tires for a car we inherited, and I thought "Why do that? Why not hit up the team on 42nd and Lancaster and see how they can do?" Well, the price was perfect - completely competitive with anything I saw online, and the service was pit-crew fast - they had the wheels off, old tires off, new tires on, filled, balanced, mounted, and ready to go in 20 minutes. And, you know what? I wasted a few hours "learning" (online from a few sources) about how to specify new tires, comparison shopping, blah blah blah. What's great about these guys is that they're not going to play you. You don't need to get your degree in tire repair or Make and Model matching - THEY know this stuff. They're going to tell you if your tire can be fixed, and hook you up with the right new OR lightly used tire if it can't. Because they're in the neighborhood, and they know you'll come back if there's anything wrong. This is a fantastic, local, black-owned business, and they deserve all the flowers. Oh - a heads up - if you're not from the neighborhood - bring cash. That is their preferred method of payment. read more

Came through for the easiest tire replacement I could have imagined. These guys were professional, efficient, and able to answer my questions and tend to my requests for services without skipping a beat. Keeping a close eye on the tire for the next couple of days because the experience was almost too good to be true. If it holds, I found a diamond in the rough with CDM Tires. No BS, no frills or smoke & mirrors. Amazing service for a fair and great price. I should also mention they operate cash only so be prepared. Thank you. read more

CDM Tires - Tire change - Tires Near Me - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Clarence and the CDM team are the best there is. Truly a first class group of guys. I brought them a challenging Mercedes brake change job several other mechanics said they were incapable of handling... The CDM Team easily and expeditiously handled it on the spot while I waited. Additionally, it is clear to me that Clarence is a gifted mechanic with near encyclopedic knowledge of the automotive space. While the job was being completed, he was able to give me a rundown of what maintenance I may want to consider and what is unnecessary and could discuss issues notorious to my car with a level of fluency I have yet to see (even at the MB dealership!). In summary, I was impressed by dedication to getting the job right and the level precision and care. To cap it off the price was more than fair (and less than 25% of what Mercedes quoted the same job). This is my second visit as a customer and I maintain that there is nobody better in the Philly area than Clarence and the guys at CDM tire. read more

CDM Tires - My car in front of the shop - Tires Near Me - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

If your experiencing any tire issues. This is the place for you. Located in the heart of West Philly is this wonderful hidden gem called CDM tires! I was driving around with a messed up tire for over two months. I was consistently putting air in my tire all while dreading the idea of having to get a new tire. I had a small conversation with my dad and he recommended CDM tires. Once I arrived, I was greeted by this young kid who was friendly and personable. I told him what was going on with my tire and he jacked my car up, looked at the tire and told me it had a nail in it. Then he put air in the tire plugged it up all for 15.00. Service was quick and fast. I ended up giving him a 10.00 tip for the wonderful service and affordable prices. My dad has two plugged tires and he along with the young kid said the plugged tires can last a long time. If your ever in the area definitely check out CDM tires, they will have you in and out in a breeze with no b.s. if you know what I mean lol! read more

These guys were able to take me on a Sunday when no other tire service company was open. I had a flat from a nail and they had plugged the tire and replaced the spare in less than 15 minutes. It was cost effective as well. They didn't try to upsell anything. I will go back to them in the future for a flat. read more

Changed all my tires here four months ago. Great service, fast speed, and cheap price. I got a flat tire this week, bought a new one to replace it, and called them again. But now they are charging $50+ for changing only one tire... I guess the price really depends on who you talk to on the phone and the person's mood that day lol. read more

I had called them around 11am on a Monday. They answered right away, gave me a quote and said come on by. I needed two front tires, and I was in and out in 20mins. These guys are not only courteous and professional but honest and reliable. I will definitely be back soon to have them replace my front breaks. Can not recommend them enough! read more

Fixed my car in a day! Great service and a good price! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a flat tire and when I called as soon as they opened. The gentleman answered with such enthusiasm! He answered all my questions. When I arrived I was prepared to buy a new tired but he checked my tired throughly and noticed it was only one nail in the tire and offered to plug the tire at a reasonable price. They were fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend. read more

Clarence Sr. went above and beyond for me. I had a flat and no spare. Couldn't afford a tow service, so he drove over to my car over a mile away and helped me get it to the shop. They started working on it as soon as it got to the shop and we were done in 20 mins. The pricing is better than anywhere else I've gone and they really took care of me. This is where I'm going from now on. read more

Called them Friday morning to ask for a quote to patch my tire. Gentleman on the phone asked for my car's year, make & model. Told him my tire has a nail or a screw or whatevaaa. He said I need a plug. $15-20 & out in 15mins. No appointment needed. I pulled up later on, mid day maybe. One person ahead of me, waited like 5min. Service was amazing. They're nice, fast & efficient! Plug job ended up being $15. Gave him $20, said keep the change :) the man in charge gave change & handed tip directly to the man that did the job. I love that it's not tip pool. Workers get what they work for! Didn't have to get out of the car at all. Done in 10mins. Also pumped air in the rest of my tires. THANKS GUYS!! Highly recommend!! read more

My husband took my car to this shop after taking my car to numerous other places. They were able to identify the problems that the other shops couldn't. I needed tires and rims replaced. These guys know their stuff. Very professional and knowledgeable. If I ever have any tire issues this is going to be my go to shop. read more

The owner is a real one! Super helpful right out of the gate. Wasn't looking to upsell me on something I didn't need - like a whole new tire. Got the screw out of my tire and plugged it up. Got me in immediately like he said he would on the phone. For any tire need I'd recommend coming here! read more

Today was my third visit (over the years) to this shop for a tire. The first time I had a flat I was calling around and finding extremely high prices and wait times on service. A friend directed me here and I haven't gone anywhere else since. During my second visit, I came for a new tire but the mechanic told me I didn't need one and my tire could easily be patched, which saved me money. He even checked the air in my other tires and adjusted the air pressure. I blew my tire last week and went in today to get a new one. I pulled up, told them what I needed, they assisted me and within 15 minutes I was driving away. Any time I have a tire need, this is where I come. They are quick, professional and reliable and their prices are reasonable. (I usually tip because I am appreciative of their good business and quick, efficient service). I have recommended this place to many friends and they've all been satisfied and are now loyal customers. If you have a need for a tire (although they do mechanics too..so there's that) definitely come here. You won't be sorry. read more

Had a broken valve stem which caused my tire to be completely flat. It was late in the day on a Saturday and I rushed to Yelp to see what I could find. Found these guys and the great reviews they received so gave them a call. Explained the situation and they came running with a tow truck. Once I arrived, they had a bunch of guys get to work immediately. Legit seemed like a pitstop of a race. They determined the issue and replaced the value. Litterally from the moment I called to driving off from their shop. It may have been a total of an hour or as I lived so close. The experience and knowledge these guys have cant be beat for their price. Definitely recommend them for any emergency work you need. read more

My tire has been losing air and I couldn't figure out why. So I called them and they said come in any time and bring cash. When I got there they took me right away. Took my tire off and explained to me what they were doing (because I had no clue lol). I thought them explaining it to me was superrrr nice of them. I was there for like 15 mins like they said and it was great!!! Definitely recommend read more

CDM Tires - Taking my tire off and getting to business lol - Tires Near Me - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

These guys were amazing! We had a flat on the morning of our return trip to VA from Philly and happened to be less than a mile down the road from this spot. They picked up the phone immediately, took us right away, and had us on the road in less than 30 minutes. And all for an incredibly fair price. I really can't say enough good things! read more

Our go-to for tire repair. Super speedy, competent, friendly. What more could a Philly driver want?

Such a great place I highly recommend. I came in the for the second time after having my tire fixed a month ago. The staff here replaced all my lug nuts without a key to the lock (which 2 other auto shops I visited could not do). They had very fare prices and were super knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Great guys and amazing experience, I am going back tomorrow to get my brakes replaced. read more

AMAZING service! I found myself with a completely flat tire after work, and after multiple body shops turning me down because they were closing I called and Clarence kindly said he would get me fixed up asap. I was back on the road less than 10 minutes later for a super affordable price, and the staff was beyond kind and helpful. Will absolutely be here first next time I have tire issues. Thank you so much for the help! read more

Fantastic and QUICK service. Would go back 100%. Clarence was extremely helpful and the rest of the team was knowledgeable and efficient!

I'm not from the area so when I got an unexpected flat tire from a lose nail on the road, I searched on yelp for a trusty tip. I'm not mad! Bryan and Al are fast, kind, and effective. It's rare that I can spare extra cash for tip, more so to want to give it. I was so satisfied I literally paid extra. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I wish them the best. CDM tires will have you saying: here, take my money! THAT'S RARE. read more

Been coming by here for a decade and 4 cars in. Always get swift and quality service. Reasonable prices and top notch service

I have always been happy with the service but now I am happier. CDM tIRES just told me of this SUV tire special: For size 225-65-17 get 4 quality used tires INSTALLED for $180 ===== For size 235-60-18 get 4 quality used tires INSTALLED for $190 ===== They have a large quantity of these good tires but call (267) 974-6599 to make sure they didn't run out! read more

I called and spoke to Clarence about finding new wheels/hubcaps for a 2003 car that I am selling. He asked about the vehicle and said that the condition of the vehicle and the very low mileage was enough to sell it. He even told me how to sell it (meet at a Police Station, etc) and how to prepare the receipt. How can you not admire a business person who gives you their honest opinion and gives up a potential sale? I will definitely visit CDM when I need new tires and tell my friends to try there also. read more

Great service. In and out in 5 mins. I needed to plug a nail hole in my tyre. Charged me 15$, which is fair. read more

Don't let the appearance of this place or the host of characters employed there steer you away. This place is fast, super affordable, and the helpful. I pulled in at 8:30 with what I thought was a slow leak in my tire. One of the guys spotted a nail right away. They jacked my car up and got to work. I pulled out at 8:38. The guys seem to be honest and hard working. CASH ONLY, so come prepared, though there are a couple of store ATM in the same block. Excellent! read more

TL;DR: If you need help with your tires or rims, just come here. I highly recommend Clarence and his crew. My brother-in-law had a flat and his spare had a flat, too. After trying the spare and failing, I looked up the closest place to the hospital (had a family member there) and saw CDM. I thought I needed new tires and took it to Clarence. I drove in, spoke with Clarence, he tested both wheels and determined that the rims were the problem and the tires were fine. A bend on both rims was causing the leaks. Before I had a chance to whine about getting new rims, Clarence fired up his torched, brought out his hammer, and bent the rims into shape. He tested them, cooled them, put the tires on, and put them back on the car. I was there between 10 and 15 minutes. One rim would've been $1100. Two would've been a nightmare. Clarence charged me a way cheaper and reasonable price for his time and his 25+ years of experience. Easy decision. Would come again and again. Tip him and his team--they're good. On my way out a guy brought his car with the tire falling off the rim. Clarence and his team just got to it and fixed it while I was paying. So awesome. read more
