The crew of Automotive Intelligence worked miracles and kept ya girl's budget in mind! Kate at the front desk orchestrates everything to a T, because sometimes maintenance can be scheduled and sometimes $#! happens! 99% of the time they've been able to squeeze me in with no notice and get me back on the road same day. What's even better is they don't pull any punches- they fix what needs done, tell you what to keep an eye out for next, and keep the cost real. And if they don't have time to do the job- they tell you (!) rather than keeping your vehicle hostage. The crew is knowledgeable- but when a job calls for it, the owner isn't afraid to get his hands dirty and show the shop why he's the boss and how they can get there too. And they are certified for all vehicles, not just domestic or JDM. Overall, Automotive Intelligence is an under-rated shop in West Chester and they make a habit to not disappoint. After reading positive reviews I called Matt with an unusual request. I wanted to increase the road clearance on my prius with a lift kit I purchased online. Would Import Intelligence be willing to do the installation for me? They would. While they had my car they installed four new tires, oil change, did the alignment and state inspection that was due. All for a reasonable price - in one day. The car rides like a dream with the new tires. They will be my service provider going forward. read more

Called about my 2021 Supra to get hks adjustable springs installed .So called to ask about the install after seeing that as their advertised services on their website. Was told that they don't do that there ? It's something I can do in my driveway in probably 6 hrs with a low pro jack . I was trying to save time by taking it to a professional shop with a lift and air tools but was turned away not sure how you can say your import specialist and can't install adjustable hks springs on a new Supra ! Gave 2 stars because the person on the phone at least tried to recommend another shop possibly to try . read more

Matt Waldin and his team are the best! Matt is trustworthy and dependable, his work is first-rate, and his prices are reasonable (much cheaper than the dealer's hourly rate). After two dealers would not fix the convertible top of my Infiniti under extended warranty, I vowed not to give the business to either one. I purchased the parts myself online at 30% off retail, and Matt had my car back to me in ONE DAY! This, after both dealers told me that it was a complicated job and that they might find "other problems." Matt recently expanded his business and changed the name (appropriately) to Automotive Intelligence. These guys are awesome! I work in the area and needed my timing belt, water pump, tensioners, pulleys, drive belt and spark plugs replaced on my 2008 Honda Pilot which has about 100k miles on it. Matt the owner picked up my car from work and dropped off as promised. I requested all OE parts to be used and they didn't have a problem with that and no additional price gauge for me for requesting this. They did a great job on my car, are honest and their prices are very reasonable. They didn't try to scare me into doing other jobs that weren't necessary but told me about couple things to look for in the future, which I knew about already from inspection. Unfortunately I have to change my original 5 star review to 1 star for this company. I had been using Import Intelligence for a few years and had recommended countless people here and was even working on getting the company I work for to start servicing our work vehicles here. I have had a decent amount of work done here and have spent a good amount of money as well and was always happy with it until my last visit. I needed new brakes so i called and was able to bring it in the same day which was Friday. I picked my car up and drove it home which is less than 5 minutes away and parked it and didn't drive it again until the next day. I had to go into the city the next day and was driving down the road for maybe 5 miles (luckily not on the highway) when I began to get shaking in my steering wheel. It started getting really bad so I pulled over looked at my front left tire and it looked like it was on a slight angle. I touched one of the lug nuts and it was extremely loose. I checked the rest of them and all 5 lug nuts were able to be spun by hand.... THEY NEVER TIGHTENED THE FREAKING LUG NUTS ON MY TIRE!!!! Needless to say I jacked the car up and did it myself and checked the rest of the car and was on my way. I called the following Monday and to my suprise Matt tried saying my studs were probably stripped or this or that (I had already checked the studs so i knew this was BS) etc... I brought the car in to make sure there was no residual damage and Matt gave me the same BS that he gave me on the phone but I wanted him to look at the car to make sure nothing else was wrong so I did not say anything. An hour or two later I get a call with him telling me the studs are fine (yeah no crap) but the lug nuts looked like they were maybe stripped out. I go to pick the car up and he tells me the same excuse that the lug nuts may have been stripped out so that's what probably was wrong even though I explained how that is literally almost impossible for all 5 lug nuts to strip and come completely loose all at the same time with less than 7 miles driven on the tire. The worst part is he even tried to charge me for the new lug nuts but quickly realized i still wasn't buying his BS story so he covered the cost. If Matt had just been upfront with me and admitted that his shop messed up and offered something as little as an apology I would have been ok with that and would have continued to use them. Instead I was handed a bill for a BS excuse repair and talked to like I was a moron. To top it off whoever did my oil change that day must have been the same one that tightened my lug nuts because they put way way too much oil in. read more
