Whereas the last guy was just plain grumpy! I stopped in on a whim because a piece of metal was lodged in my tire, and the mechanic had no problem whisking me in and checking the tire for holes. No cost. But what he did get out of that was a new customer. I'd consider taking my car back there for oil changes now that I feel good open the people running the place.
