They were very accomodating given the circumstances. They also notified me of a few other details I wasn't aware of that I was able to clear up on my own time. There was also a older woman who works at the hospital, she needed two tires, a taillight, a turn signal bulb, and some other little stuff. They worked with her like I would never have expected, and were able to be resourceful and find everything she needed. Honest guys doing top quality work. Highly recommended.

I didn't listen and it's still going strong. Other things I'm getting the feeling that this is an increasingly common practice among all customers. Sit there long enough it's a feeling from listening to interactions. Also had my tires rotated and suddenly my alignment is out? How can this happen ?Went back to where it was done 6 months ago and had them do it again . The reason I didn't have United do it because the one and only time I had it done there it was never good. Always drifted slightly to one side but never wanted to hassle going back for a correction, just didn't have confidence in them after that even if it was ever so slight. Another time I was in and was told I had 4mm on front brakes which became a 2mm several months later mysteriously since I put on approximately 500 miles a month ! When I told Lenny this had a reply was that " well it's 2mm now"! I foolishly went ahead and had them give me front brakes for 600!but since it was for an inspection I felt I had no choice.Sometimes one gets a feeling about how things like this occur and sadly I don't feel I can trust this business any longer. I've been vacillating between sending and not sending this review in but it's been bothering me and I have to wonder if I truly need all the other work that I was told I needed.
