Years ago the place was owned by Henry and was our go to family mechanic. So I decided if the new owners were half as good I would be happy. You know how everyone wants a local mechanic who is trustworthy and affordable? Well that is now Ray and Randy's. Now Randy isn't there anymore but Ray and his team are right on site, available, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. They let me know as a small business, customer satisfaction is tops. So here I am, walking in without an appointment and needing help, and they did. They took care of my issue and got me on my way. I really wish I lived in the area because this shop would be servicing all my vehicles. Good people, good service, good prices.

This is a family run business, Mom, Dad and 2 sons. To me they look like a hard working family, dedicated to their customers. They will pick your car up, drive you home, even wash your car when done. Ive never received service like that from anyone else. After a conversation with the owner found out the family are volunteer fireman at New Holland, and a faithful family. I'm a lifetime customer now. RESPOSE to previous reviewer Roy: How are you a life long customer when they just opened? REALLY you call some one a JERK and get that angry for not calling you back (here's a thought, if its that important to you maybe you call one more time). By the way you missed out on a the discount they give veterans! I will say I know the previous owners had many negative issues maybe you reached out to them instead of the new owners. I think you may have anger issues(take your cap lock off)

This is my first time using Yelp and was so stressed because my regular mechanic is my friend and he was on vacation when the brakes went out. I felt so much better when I found people who would help me . Special thanks to Charlton at C&A Automotive for making me feel at ease and gave me a great deal . It turned out to be the brake job from hell because of the poor workmanship of the last owner . An hour project turned into a 3 and a half hour nightmare. Charlton worked his ass off and kept a good attitude . We're both talkers and that helped our mental health. Lol I can't recommend to highly. You need a car repair done he's the man to get.

Charlton messaged me back within 15 minutes. I explained that my throttle dashboard light came on, and Charlton said I might need the $70.00 diagnostic test to turn it off and determine the throttle problem. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing. I appreciated the messaging that helped me determine what my vehicle needed. What's valuable? The excellent customer service in fielding my throttle concerns is worth noting.
