He fixed my better half's car a month ago and was nice enough to call and ask if she was okay with a part that wasn't from her specific car manufacturer, and in the process, saved us a LOT of money. It was in and out in 2 hours. I dropped my car off this morning, and he replaced my gas line with one fabricated right in the shop. Fair prices for both cars, and both fixed correctly. My cars will go nowhere else from here on out. True story.

Verdict: Lucky if you live nearby. Make the drive if you don't. You'll be glad you did…read more This local family owned shop runs entirely on the quality of their service and word of mouth. They're great people, they do great work, and they deserve a superb review and rating. The team at C&W went out of their way to fit me in when I needed an annual inspection. (Fun fact: PA gives you precious little time to get that done after moving to the state.) Hearing from multiple sources, I see that C&W comes through for a lot of people in the Lancaster community. When this family isn't bailing me and others out of an automotive jam, they might be out helping to fight an actual fire. Seriously fantastic people that have my gratitude. If you're still skeptical or wondering if they can help you, just read the other reviews or talk to anyone and be assured.

They hadn't fully diagnosed it, they didn't order parts, I didn't have an estimate. So I drove it to Firestone and had the work done in two days. Meanwhile, I was without a vehicle for 10 days. It frankly would've been better if they had just told me "we're not interested in doing this work"

I will update this review when work is done :) Update : June 26 We had our car inspected and everyone was super helpful. We now are getting 4 tires and hope to get a good deal on them. :) Update : March 25 2021 Last week our car was in the shop. Took over 700 in repairs. They said if the check engine light came back on again to bring it in. Well Tuesday it did. Guess what another 700 it needs. We have been going to done right since we moved here. Never have I felt taken advantage of. I said to the person I have 4 kids and need some sort of reassurance this 700 will prevent it from crapping out on the Highway. They replied " you are asking me to be able to look in a crystal ball". I don't feel like I am I just would like to know I won't be in next week again. They said the car looks like it's never had a tune up which is weird because I've taken it to them since I bought it in 2019. I'm not sure what they missed or maybe I didn't ask the right questions. But I definitely feel like something is wrong. I told them to do the repairs. Unfortunately since that's the only car that fits all of us we don't have time to get a second opinion. I don't like being without the van especially if there's an emergency. This review is copied From my review on FB

The dealership quoted a pretty high price because they were going to purchase new manufactured parts. My car is old. I called Warner's as they have dealt with my car in the past. Jeff shared that he could do the repairs at half the cost by simply replacing the rear differential with a slightly used differential. I was ok with this because the car has over 135,000 miles on it. He replaced the part which came with a warranty. Unfortunately, the differential he was given was also bad. Jeff honored the warranty and replaced the differential again. I knew that this meant he was doing work on my car on his time and dollar. The second replacement has been working beautifully. My car has not sounded nor run this well in the last 2 years! I will continue to trust Jeff and ask questions of him for all future repairs! Warner Holdings is an upstanding business!
