From the beginning, Rusty (the manager) was extremely pleasant and open with me regarding my car. He was up front about what he would need to do along with the cost so I was able to approve it before he even touched my vehicle. Upon diagnosing the problem, they actually found no problems with my vehicle and he even explained all of the tests his staff (and himself) had done on the car. In my opinion, if this guy wanted my money, he could have. However, he did not and I truly appreciated his honesty. He explained to me what may have happened to have triggered the "check engine" light to come on, but it has been off the entire time Rusty had the vehicle. My son and I picked it up and it has been running smoothly with zero problems! I cannot thank Rusty enough for his honesty, attention to detail, kindness and helpfulness. Great customer value here!

This place is a masterclass in dishonesty and exploitation. The owner demonstrated zero integrity…read moreand absolutely no moral compass. He charged $200 to remove an engine shield secured by three bolts--a job that took five minutes at most. Worse, he knowingly overcharged a stranded mother and her 3-year-old daughter, then doubled down on the lie when questioned. I'm an engineer, yet he had the audacity to claim a cutting torch was required to remove the shield. Anyone with even basic knowledge of vehicle architecture knows that's complete nonsense. He clearly assumes his customers are ignorant. His behavior didn't stop there. He resorted to absurd scare tactics, telling my wife that the car could "pivot on any object in the road and flip over." That's not mechanical advice--that's something out of a bad action movie. Fear-mongering a parent and child to justify a scam is beyond unethical. There is no sincerity, no professionalism, and no honesty here--just blatant exploitation. Save yourself the money, the stress, and the insult to your intelligence. Go anywhere else but here.

Well they had it for 3 days and the only thing they managed to do was blow a couple fuses and cause malfunctioning on my ECM unit. They messed up so bad my vehicle would not now start. They have no idea how to work on hybrid vehicles. Now I should have know better when I see what type of people we are dealing with here. The receptionist seemed lost and became flustered, the professionalism was out of the question she looked like she came walking out of hot topic in 2001, as a receptionist, you know the first person you see when you walk in? Yea. She told me she would call me with updates throughout the 2 business days they had my car. She only called me back after I called a twice for an update. So my car was dead in there bay and it wouldn't start. Plus the original problem was still existing. They didn't claim responsibility and refused to tow it to the dealer. The receptionist called my warranty co. To get them to tow it outta there. And now my car is being worked on by a technician. Ps. There is nothing you can do to change my mind. I don't want to talk, txt, chat or converse. Good day.
