I purchased a 30 year-old Mercedes diesel and a few days later I decided to drive it to eastern high school for my daughter's track meet. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I was draining coolant at a rapid rate. It was about 10 till 5 PM. Den's service center came up as the closest to me. I called so that I could get my car towed back home. The receptionist was very polite, took my information and within about 20 minutes they were there to pick me up. The tow truck driver was courteous, took special care in loading my car, and provided me with great conversation on the 30 minute ride home. If I could give more stars I would. This was our first time to Den's Service Center in East Prospect PA, we are new in the area. Kevin, our technician, was impressive, professional, knowledgable and an excellent communicator. We have an 18 year old Honda Ridgeline with over 257,000 miles, which needed full brake job all around everything associated with braking in the system needed replaced, this was a big and costly job on an old truck. Kevin did not hesitate to give us an estimate and looked over other things as well due to the age of the vehicle. He did a complete and thorough inspection, made suggestions on necessary repairs without exaggerating the situation. Whenever he saw something that might be a problem in the future or of concern he called me and we discussed options and at no time did they try to oversell the repairs. The staff is so professional, accommodating, attentive and friendly. As long as Den's is in business we will be a customer. We highly recommend them and ask for Kevin! I will never bring a vehicle here again. I was spoken to so condescendingly concerning my car's issue and what I was told was completely wrong information. First off, I am not very trusting of auto repair shops or dealers. I went to Den's because it was recommended by a family member. My rear pinion seal started leaking bad while on a business trip. I live in a completely different state. I called them up and they squeezed me in their schedule. Instead of an opening on Wednesday of the next week, they got me in first thing the next morning (Friday). They didn't try talking me into additional work. No extra "unforeseen" costs.
