The few times I spoke to someone mostly thru text they lied and said tags and tiles were on their way. They even sent me false UPS shipping tracking numbers. At one point I was driving on an expired temp tag until finally receiving a second temp tag 3 weeks later. After having the lawyer involved and almost 5 months later I finally received the tags and title. I made my appointment for 7AM because it's really the only time I can get my car done during to work. I arrive and was waiting until 7AM to go in but noticed another gentleman walked in so I went it about 6:55AM. I immediately asked how long it would take. Initially the rep wanted me to drop it off and offered shuttle service but I really only had about an hour. He said let me check. He came back and said what if we can get you out of here at 8AM I said deal. My car was done at 7:55AM. They even brought me out hot coffee on the most well designed tray with a cookie and everything.
