Called in advance and the person said that would be no problem and to come in around 8am. I arrive and they said they will not touch an electric vehicle which is a violation of laws as state inspection centers must accept both ice and electric vehicles. This is why Tesla couldn't preform an inspection on my vehicle because they don't have the ability to accept ice vehicles for emissions tests therefore they can't inspect their own vehicles in Pennsylvania. Finally it doesn't make sense to refuse to inspect an ev... it only requires half of an inspection, takes much less time and they can still charge good rates on it. I did already file a claim with the DOT but also wanted to come here and warn you of the disrespect they had shown me.

They were from out of town and struggling to get set up to change the tire. They had no jack. I called Raber's and told them the story. Explained that I just needed to use a cheap jack for a few minutes. I would pay a couple of bucks to use it and leave my govt ID with them. They were UTTERLY unhelpful and wanted a cash deposit and a rental fee. I explained that we were going to be this couple's first impression of the Ephrata area but they refused to budge. I came up with a Plan B, changed their tire and got them on their way. I would not buy a tire from this place if they were 4 for $5 and came with a mail-in refund. Maybe they have changed for the better. However, I doubt their service or price beats nearby Tire Consultants and building a fancy new building almost always means the price goes Again, Yelp - where did my previous 1 review go?????
