Took it for a test drive and knew i needed it right away, Eric Reedy my car salesman was very polite and patient when going through the documentation process and was willing to go the extra mile to help a customer. No extra fees no nonsense no extra add ons they wanted to sell me, just straight forward service from Hubers. I've had several interactions with Hubers over the year. 1st I purchased my F150 from them, then they have serviced that truck and my wife's Land Rover, and lastly I referred my brother in law to them last week resulting in him purchasing a vehicle from them. Their customer service is second to none. Always informative in the process along the way. I highly recommend you check out Hubers Auto in Ephrata. read more

My wife and I appreciated the low stress, conversational approach to auto sales. We do not like the pushy sales type and this was definitely not it. Eric was very helpful and showed us several types of autos. We feel like we got a good deal and are very satisfied on our very clean, low miles Honda oddesy. read more

Love this place! A customer for life. Bought my 2017 Focus ST in March of this year. Super low mileage, pristine condition, great offer for my trade and was able to make deal I wanted via text & email. I live in No. VA but because the staff at Huber was so accommodating, I was willing to make the trip to Ephrata and happy I did. I was in and out the door with my ST in under 1.5 hours. Great experience and absolutely no sleazy sales routine where I felt I was being taken advantage of. Thanks ever so much for a great buying experience and for working with me so I could drive off in the best car I've ever owned. read more

Working with Huber's was incredibly easy, and well worth the 5-hour drive. They went above and beyond and more than you'd ever expect from a used car dealer to make the Q7 we'd been looking for absolutely perfect and in tip-top condition. Eric was incredible, making sure everything on the vehicle was just right and that all the paperwork was ready to go when we got there to pick it up. We look forward to working with him/them again when the time comes to buy another car. Ben & Pam G. read more

We looked for weeks and weeks for what we wanted. Even though we found the picture on CarGurus we had to make sure. The salesman Eric did not pressure us he kept in constant contact with us but not annoyingly. He told the truth he did not lie about anything and he worked with us!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. And we even came from Maryland to buy the car!!!!! Thank you Eric!!!! read more

While they have a nice selection of vehicles, and the sales folks aren't pushy, they are a little overpriced. Most vehicles are over NADA pricing, and they won't budge on their price. Sorry, you had the car I wanted, but I will not buy or finance more than the banks think its' worth. That's like throwing money away. read more

My son, Gunner, and I bought a 2013 VW Golf from Huber's in December. This was my son's first car purchase experience and everything went so smoothly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Eric and Ryan for making the whole process a breeze. It was a no hassle, no pressure experience. A well kept secret is Huber's Auto- a family run business reflects Integrity, Honesty, fair dealings, and a true quiet pride to put the customer first! As a 35-year professional in Procurement, I found my BEST price on a pre-owned Chevrolet Sonic after shopping a four-state radius! I traveled from Northern Va, 2.5 hrs to get a terrific trade-in deal on a Mazda for my beautiful 2014 Chevy Sonic LT. No pressure, courteous, friendly, and experts in the Automotive industry. I am 1,000% satisfied and wish this growing business was in my neighborhood where I could have my cars serviced/ repaired as necessary. They also have rentals. Thank you Huber Family for a truly enjoyable experience! Sincerely JL in Reston Va. read more

I live near Seattle and found a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland at Hubers, online, June 29th. It appears I was probably the first to contact them, they had just posted it for sale as the pictures were still warm. Yes, it's a 12 year old Jeep, but it has only 31,000 miles and that is super rare, but it gets better! I had been looking for a 2004, Jeep, Overland, Inferno Red with super low miles for over 5 years and there she was, on my computer screen, 3,000 miles away and not in my possession, yet! It was for sale, so there was hope! We negotiated, a little, finalized the sale and knowing the distance between us Eric Reedy offered to secure the Jeep until I could arrange for a pickup or fly and drive it back home to Seattle. I must say Eric, and Ryan, were very helpful throughout the entire process, they even removed it from their website that day, so as not to be misleading to others who may think it was still for sale. The time between then and now was all on me. Transferring funds, sending funds, exchanging paperwork back and forth, our motorcycle vacation, etc. I was also very specific when securing a transport company for a reasonable price, but as of a few hours ago Eric emailed me that my new Jeep was on its way to our home, 3,000 miles away. The story behind the story, my wife loves her current 2002 matching bookend Jeep (Red, Overland, etc) sporting 200,000 miles on it. The only way I was going to get her another vehicle that would last another 14 years was to find a low mileage perfect match and 2004 was the last year of this body design and all else matches to a 'T'. Our criteria was very specific and after years my searching is done. This has never been a rush as the current 2002 is still running like new and will be for sale next month if I can catch my wife looking the other way for just a few seconds. Thanks to Hubers for making this cross country purchase easy and painless. You guys are true professionals! read more

Was searching for a 2012 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI online and saw Huber's listed on the USAA and Carguru websites. Only problem was it was almost 2 hours away! The car's pictures, description and detail on the website made me give them a call. Eric Reder filled me in on the details over the phone and stressed how much work they put into the car before putting it on the lot. I was surprised to hear that because the car only had 36,000 miles on it! He also said that the car looks better in person than in pictures (he was right!). I drove out and met with Eric Huber and immediately hit it off with him- we are both VW guys. The car looked showroom condition (my wife said several times she can't believe its not new) but Huber's went over the car and performed all of the 40,000 mile services on it! The car is only at 36,000 miles! The point is, I think they could have just vacuumed it, washed it, put 2 tires on it and put it for sale, but Eric explained that most of his customers come there for follow up service and if I came back for the next oil change at 40,000 miles and he hit me with VW's recommended 40,000 mile service charge, I would undoubtedly be P.O'd since I just bought the car. And he's right. Very impressed with that kind of thinking. Huber's is a full service car repair facility that also sells high quality used cars and they put good cars on the lot to keep their customers happy so they'll come back for service. Worked out well for me! read more
