The power boost was a surprise, plenty of torque with great get up and go. Black leather seats comfortable and incredible leg room. Panoramic moon roof adds to the visual experience. Stable ride, steering and handling inspiring. Jose was not pushy and answered my questions. I had a 2025 RAM Limited 1500 paid off and it just was not comfortable for me after 3 right hip surgeries over the last 1 1/2 years. Jose and I chatted about financing and optional add-on packages. The first thing I noted was my truck keys were present on Jose's desk, first time my keys were not held by manager after they did a test drive and evaluation of my truck. We discussed trade-in value and we did not agree on a price. Jose was given my offer and we parted ways. I received a call from Jose that they agreed on my trade-in value and I agreed to stop and place money down which I completed and my truck was to be picked up the same week on Friday. Ian in finance was friendly and well organized, I took Ford financing 0% over 36 months. Jose had everything else covered, got my Ford pass set up completed and went over the Sync 4 settings. They would not even jump the cars for us to start up and hear, they said "oh take my word for it". I don't know who would buy a car without seeing it run but whatever. We decided to return the next week to give the s60 another look, test drive, and hopefully buy. We called about 10 times with no answer, finally the owner answered and said the cars not there it's at the "service shop". So we said okay and set an appointment up for the next day and went up. When we got there I asked why it was in the service shop and he replied "it was getting inspected" meanwhile the stickers were still fresh from May which was a blatant lie. The car was junk during the test drive and had several things wrong with it that could endanger someone's safety, stuff that should have been fixed to even sell the car. So long story short, I will never be going back and I'd advise you to don't even try!

Guys, stay alert with this seller, don't just click "BUY", you will pay more than retail price and end up getting a crappy car.
