We were fortunate that he had it on his lot. You can also give Guy some info on the car you are searching for and he will find it at auction for you. I had such a great experience, I recommended that my employer purchase a vehicle from him as well. Guy knows what makes, models and years are better than others.

I worked with Brian, and he was a great sales person. He was knowledgeable, polite, respectful, and knew a lot about the vehicle I came to see. And most importantly, he put ZERO pressure on me. The whole staff was actually cool. Pretty much like buying a car from a bunch of guys you'd hang out with. I never felt like anyone was trying to put one over on me. And the process was really fast, with no surprises. Best of all, the used truck I bought was in extremely good condition. And it was reasonably priced! They obviously don't put just anything on their lot. There were a bunch of good options. I'd say they definitely have pride in their dealership. The showroom was set up very well too. Very clean and comfortable. Even free coffee and a candy station! If you like that kind of thing...which I do. If you need a car or truck, put these guys on your list!

    Last year I leased a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport for my daughter from Hondru Ford. Shortly after getting…read morethe vehicle, I noticed something didn't feel right with the shifting and brought it in for service. At the time, the team was supportive and tried to help diagnose the issue, but they weren't able to pinpoint a cause. They made some software adjustments and recommended putting more miles on the vehicle since the transmission adapts to driving habits. About a month ago, my daughter returned from college with around 11,000 miles on the vehicle, and the issue was still present. I reached out again and spoke with Chris in service, who asked me to stop in so I could demonstrate the concern. While not the most convenient, I understood the need to see it firsthand. After that visit, I scheduled a service appointment, but the earliest availability was about a week out. We dropped the vehicle off the night before, and on the day of the appointment I was informed that, due to overscheduling with their transmission technician, they wouldn't be able to evaluate the car. To their credit, they coordinated with another dealership to take a look, but this added additional delay. The second dealership has since diagnosed the issue as a faulty torque converter, which is now on backorder for several weeks. While I appreciated the initial support and the effort to involve another dealership, the overall experience has been frustrating. The issue was identified early on, yet remains unresolved, and the process involved multiple delays and extra inconvenience. At times, it felt like the concern wasn't fully taken seriously. I'm hopeful the repair will be completed soon and that the vehicle will perform as expected moving forward but to be honest I will struggle with buying anther Ford product.
