I traded a beautiful flawless Pontiac Solstice in on an Audi A4 Quattro. Seat is ripped, they were to fix it and did not. 5 months later the entire exhaust needs replaced. I recommend staying away from this dealer! My huge mistake! If you do buy from them buy the extended warranty. My son dealt with Doug on a Town & Country van. Van very nice but had a noise coming from rear. They checked it out and heard noise but couldn't determine what it was. Stated they had another Town & Country van with the same noise - as if to suggest this noise was normal in T & C vans. Great family owned import dealer. I guess because they're down the road from the dealer auctions, they can swing some great prices! Their salesman and son, Ritchie, made the whole buying process go really smoothly. He gave me a better deal than any other place, prior to me having seen the car (which turned out to be in pristine condition and exactly what I was looking for). When I showed up to test drive it, he was really genuine and personable - tossed me the keys and told me to take as long as I want. When I bought the car, the whole family showed up and I gotta say, I'm really happy that my money went to these guys! The process for getting the loan was painless and took very little time to fill out the paperwork and drive off in our new (to us) vehicle.
