The people were very nice to me, let me take my time looking at the M3, even though I am young and look like I cannot afford it, they trusted me and worked with me very well. This is one of few dealerships that I consider purchasing from, they were gentle with my car as I was with the M3 and we were working things out. I inquired on a 2020 Chevy Camaro ZL1 some months back and again a few days ago. Both times the salesman was rude and unresponsive. When I did get a response the salesman responded with didn't we already send you that? As if it took an absurd amount of energy to resend a video and answer some questions about the wheel size as I forgot what the car sounded like with after market exhaust. I know that car has been there for several months and with that poor embarrassing service it will remain there. If I was the owner of that business I would fire whoever is in control of that sale immediately! read more

If I needed to buy another car tomorrow, I would go here immediately even though it's an hour drive from my house. I bought my first two cars at "no haggle" car dealerships in the Exton/Downingtown area. While I loved those vehicles, the experience I had with my salesmen at those dealerships was stress inducing and frustrating. You may be familiar with this feeling. Never will I buy another vehicle from these people they promised me a spare key well long story short went to battery plus 2 in a half weeks ago for it and the key didn't work the guy from battery plus called Mark the salesman and told him the situation and mark told the battery plus guy that he would reach out to me about taking it to the dealership and never did. Best car buying experience ever! Unlike most dealers who want to get you on the phone for the hard sell immediately, Mark was fine with communicating via e-mail. We did everything online including new vehicle and trade negotiations, and financing from the comfort of our home. When we showed up it was just a matter of taking a test drive and signing the papers! That's it! And we didn't get shuffled from one person to the next like that whole song and dance at big dealerships where you have to talk to the sales person, the sales manager, the warranty person, and the finance person if not more before you get out the door. We even reached out to you via email and you said to call you and you still would not get on the phone or even have the courtesy to call us back. It was deeply disappointing that we were unable to make a deal with you Doug to purchase the 2016 Dodge RAM 2500 Big Horn Crew Cab LWB 4WD after meeting with you 2 weeks ago on Tuesday, April 10. I know my husband was all excited and was looking forward to hearing from you on Wednesday morning when you said you would call him after you put some numbers together and then you never called him. He waited all morning to hear from you and then he ended up calling you on Wednesday afternoon and wanted to speak to you, but you never got on the phone to speak with him. Matt came on the phone instead and when my husband told him that he would like to talk about purchasing the truck, he had told him that the price was not negotiable at all. After meeting and talking with you the previous night, Doug, we were at your dealership for over 4 hours and drove an hour and a half each way to get to you and we were definitely interested in purchasing the truck and thought we had found a great dealership and were looking forward to making a sale happen. When we met with you, you seemed to be really caring and spent so much time with us. So much time was wasted by you talking too much about yourself. I read your reviews online and people claim that you are a fair guy and work with them to make a sale happen but unfortunately for us, it did not happen. I just wanted to take the time to write this so others will not be deeply disappointed and misled like we were. Don't waste your time on this dealership where you are not a priority and they do not get on the phone to speak with you or return your phone calls.
