How amazing is it that you can charge the battery by breaking?! It is also the perfect vehicle for me, and my growing sons, ages 6 & 8. TONS of storage room!!! With my disability it is the perfect crossover hatchback vehicle that is just the right height to slide in. Also, the finance process was quick and...PAINLESS?! when are you able to say this, and the most important part- the fact that they take care of you after the sale ALL THE WAY. The service department has top notch Master Certified Ford Trained Technicians. I highly recommend the WearCare package for an extra few bucks a month - you are COVERED in that lease. I am happy with Matt, Kaitlyn and Steph, in answering my questions, and my dads :) - and they are the best Internet Crew around - super thorough. My husband and I were on vacation last week in PA, (we live in Michigan) we stopped to visit my cousin in the Lititz area. We had some time to kill before meeting up with my cousin and decided to stop and look at the Mustangs. My husband immediately spotted a white convertible which we walked over to have a look. A salesman (Jim Hoffman) came over and introduced himself. I must say it's a first for both my husband and I to go into a car dealership and NOT feel pressured in anyway, Jim was not pushy and gave us our space, he was available if we had any questions. We advised Jim we were just looking as we were killing time and in from out of state. We talked about the car my husband had some questions, we actually took it for a test drive, also met Joe Gochenauer and another salesman not remembering his name. Both my husband and I like the car we advised Jim we would be in town over night and if we had more questions we'd give him a call in the morning. We have purchased several cars, new and used, for over 25 years now. Rick Pontz never steered us wrong...he always got us something that was right for us. They're smart in that they sell relatively inexpensive add-on warranty insurance that was ALWAYS fulfilled. In fact, except for standard maintenance, I can't really remember the last time I paid a hefty maintenance bill. I found them to be loyal and honest. The maintenance department is divided into teams and they treat you like a friend and know your car. When my engine out right died and we had to put that puppy down, they were very gracious and fair. The reason I'm happy, I think, is because I went whole hog. I purchased the cars, the maintenance and gap insurance from them and had them exclusively maintain the vehicles. I listened to their advice. When I was deployed after 9/11, they took care of my wife and didn't cheat her (that's when they gained my trust). So we're older now and Ford has very fair leasing terms. I now lease every three years and with the cheap monthly add-ons with mileage assurance, etc., it again, will be no hassle when I get a new car every three years (I never really allowed myself to buy new--mostly late model used). Keller Bors. BY FAR was the best exprience I have ever had with a dealership. Stephanie was very accommodating to my situation as I was 2 hours away from the actual dealership. Her patience, dedication to her job and customer, was one of the key factors in my final decision in purchasing my truck from them. I visited at least 15 dealerships before this one. Best experience I have ever had buying a car! I found a non-Ford vehicle online, contacted their amazing internet team, and was contacted immediately. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted right away(not unusual) and directed to Tim Stanlake who contacted me about the car earlier. Tim was genuinely kind, considerate, and friendly. I felt respected and comfortable as well as had a fun time! He was patient and very understanding of my financial concerns. When on the test drive I heard a noise from under the car. They had me bring the car back after a few days, gave me a brand new loaner car to use until my car was fixed. Free of charge! Who does that? Everyone I came in contact with at Keller Bros. was so nice! I never once felt pressured or unimportant. I bought the cheapest car on the lot and they treated me like I bought the most expensive. I recently moved to the area and had my 2016 F150 serviced under my maintenance plan and extended service plan which I purchased with the original deal. Although purchased at a different dealership, Keller Bros. has been outstanding and I can't say enough good about them. They have gone above and beyond in my dealings. Issues I wasn't even aware of where discovered and corrected. I used to have to argue with the original New Jersey dealership just to get maintenance work done by them. Chris Keller, the service writer, has been informative, honest, and extremely helpful to get me back on the road after major issues came about. Never tried to upsell me for unnecessary work. I will say the extended service plan has been a cash saver. While it was somewhat costly at purchase time, Ford has lost money on my truck. Recently, as I was just leaving my house to go to work, my shifter seized up on 2013 Mustang GT. Fortunately, I was just 6 blocks from Keller Brothers Ford, so I carefully drove it directly to the dealer (in 2nd gear!). They immediately got me into a loaner so that I could get to work on time and kept me frequently updated on their progress as they worked to identify the problem, They also worked with FMC to determine if it would be covered under warranty (it only has 27k miles and was still withing 5 years of purchase). They ended up replacing the clutch with no out-of-pocket expense to me. No hassle, no fights, I was relieved. Got my car back and it's good as new. Wouldn't even consider taking my car anywhere else.
