I was excited to see that Green Lane had one in my own van's Merlot Pearl color. The listing included about a dozen pics from various angles that showed the door to be rust free with a few very minor scratches and one small dent. When I called Sam and asked if it was still available and to get a price, and to get a confirmation of the door being rust free, he said he would check it out and get back to me. He not only got back to me but sent me some additional new pics! The pics were great and the price was even better, $150. I told him I would definitely make the drive down from Boston to pick it up, and he even said if I couldn't make it down in normal business hours, I could pay via Paypal and he would leave it outside his office door. I told him I would also like to get the front bumper as the pics of that also looked better than the one on my van. When I arrived the next day, both parts were waiting for me. He told me that he gave me a bumper from a different van that was in even better shape than the one I had asked about, and for only $75. It was 100% rust free with no dents! He even offered me cold drinks for my long ride home! I've been working on cars for over 50 years and done business with many auto recyclers but none have ever been easier to work with, went out of their way to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting, and get me truly great used parts at a great price. I could not possibly give a higher recommendation for Sam and his business Green Lane Auto Parts. You won't be disappointed!

But, the metal flanges attached to the back of one of the lamps was misaligned so that lamp pattern is off. I made it work but both lamps were about 1/8" larger than originals so it was a total bitch getting the retainer rim and trim on. I understand about aftermarket parts but they touted these as "Actual European-spec" to fit any 7" lamp replacement. Oh well.

The part was not cheap and when it arrived, it was clearly a remanufactured part with a completely different part number. I was able to get a refund several weeks after shipping it back and they admitted it was the incorrect part, but they left off the core charge and so I had to call back to get that refunded. Since this was clearly their mistake I also wanted the shipping refunded, but they refused to refund that as they now said "the correct internal parts were in the unit I bought, even though it was a different part number." They lost my business, and everyone I know over a $15 shipping charge. Very bad business practice!!!

When he explained he was deaf the owner was so apologetic, but truly it should have never had to get to that point. The manager should learn some communication skills before he mocks deaf people! I hated going there before because I get talked too like I'm dumb for being a woman, and now that I know this establishments managers and employees are completely ignorant I won't be returning.

He was so rude to me for no reason since the beginning, and he was getting mad at me over the test drive when I said I wanted to take a day or two to decide if this is really what I want. He was mumbling under his breath half of the test drive and I was asking questions and he made me feel stupid for asking them. I talked to a manager I think named Glenn, he was very kind but aside from that I didn't get a chance to talk to anyone else besides Jason. I'm sure this is a nice dealership, but if you do come here AVOID JASON. Unfortunately I had to go to another dealership and purchase the vehicle there.
