The West Chester staff is incompetent on so many different levels. They swiped my debit card while…read moreplacing it on a hold which put the balance in a state of "pending". As a result my SUV was held hostage until the bank cleared the hold which is 24 hours. This made me have to keep my rental car an extra day which costs me more money. Not to mention more mileage to travel to the shop the next day when my SUV should have been released to me. I will NEVER support this business again. Infact I will share this review with all the local groups I'm a member of. Anyone that asks me about them will get the same review. I could have included more reasons why I would not recommend them but that type of Service is absolutely unacceptable and them telling me "sorry" sarcastically isn't a remedy. They are a sorry excuse of a business. This business accrued unnecessary costs on myself and my insurance company. They should drop them as a preferred servicer. Won a Porsche 996 from Collectible Classics on BaT:…read morebringatrailer.com/listing/2002-porsche-911-carrera-cabriolet-86-2 Seller made multiple specific claims in the listing that were false. 1 IMS bearing listed as replaced. It wasn't. On a 996 this is a known catastrophic failure point worth thousands in remediation. 2 Bore scoring listed as not present. No borescope was performed. Claim had zero factual basis. 3 Paint listed as all original. Car had a 3-4 inch touch-up blob on the front fender photographed from an angle that concealed it. The metallic red-orange paint on this car is notoriously difficult to paint match, and non-original paint lowers value. After winning the auction I became aware of facts about the car that conflicted with what the Seller said. I asked to bring in an independent third party to explain the discrepancies post-auction. The only shop they would allow near the car was Amity Auto, literally next door to their facility. The mechanic report I commissioned and paid for was delivered directly to the seller before I received it. Textbook conflict of interest. It was not clear if any reconditioning was done prior to sale; the date codes on the tires was 2007 (I am writing this in 2026). When I raised these issues, the Seller became threatening on the phone, saying that he sold $200k cars all the time and he didn't have time to talk to me about problems on a $30k car. When I did not back down, he pivoted to pressuring me not to leave feedback. Their playbook: list everything as perfect, then when something surfaces claim it was technically visible for a split-second if you zoom in on frame 49 of a 10 minute video buried in a 500 photo auction. Search Collectible Classics on Rennlist, FerrariChat, and Reddit. The pattern is consistent and well documented. Get your own independent PPI from a shop with zero connection to this dealer. Verify every claim yourself. Do not use any shop they recommend. Based on this, I did not complete the purchase.
