I was told it would be done on 4/20 and at 4 PM I called and he said, oh my guy is working on it right now and will be working on it into the night. Funny thing is I drove into Pottstown through Stowe and found my car at another detailing shop that I wasn't told my car was going to or authorized to move it to. I confronted Nick on 4/21 and he flat out lied to me last night and continue to say he was doing all he could to help me out. Lying and being deceitful about what is going on isn't helping me. Be up front and honest with your customers if you want them back. I would not recommend this business to anyone for detailing work.
