He said, bring it in and we will get it done in between jobs and it would take 3 days. We are on the 12th day now and my car wasn't even started. I called multiple times and Nick continued to tell me they are going to be working on it. I was told it would be done on 4/20 and at 4 PM I called and he said, oh my guy is working on it right now and will be working on it into the night. Funny thing is I drove into Pottstown through Stowe and found my car at another detailing shop that I wasn't told my car was going to or authorized to move it to. I confronted Nick on 4/21 and he flat out lied to me last night and continue to say he was doing all he could to help me out. Lying and being deceitful about what is going on isn't helping me. Be up front and honest with your customers if you want them back. I would not recommend this business to anyone for detailing work.

Ross was the only person in an almost 50 mile radius who could actually read all diagnostic and fault codes for this Bentley (other inspection services could only read generic codes common to all vehicles) so I knew he would be able to inspect every system in the vehicle. Sure enough, he found that the Bentley was throwing codes and that the engine was misfiring. In addition, he did an extremely thorough review of the cars exterior, interior (revelalng more issues that the dealer did not disclose in their online pics) and a great job checking out the under carriage. All in all, Ross gave me exactly the info and details I needed to know that this vehicle was going to be a problem and a money sink. Thank you!

Yesterday, my car hydroplaned, lost control, and we landed in a ditch. As the troopers arrived, they said that my tires had 0 traction on them and that it should not have passed the state inspection. I'm convinced that these tires are the reason the accident even happened in the first place. For the love of god, don't get your inspection done here. Go literally anywhere else.
