The only danger with A&L Auto/Truck Repairs is the demands on his time as hes a very appreciated and skilled auto tech, but he manages expectations and his time well to get the work done in a timely manner. I trust what A&L Auto/Truck Repairs tells me. If they say that this needs to be fixed and at this price, then I know that's what needs to be done. Mechanic told me he did not have the tool needed to do an alignment but charged me the full alignment price. Charged me for replacing the airbag cable but all they did was to clear the error code. Now I have to pay another mechanic to align the car and replace the cable. Payed them $400.00 for NOTHING. I spoke with someone twice on the phone throughout the next day and was assured both times that the car would be done by 6pm. I arrived at 5:45 and the car was still on a lift. Then I was told that they had not even started it until after 5pm, Apparently people who walk in take precedent over people who make appointments. They were very unapologetic just saying that was corporate policy. They just do not care about customer inconvenience.
