Returned my vehicle that was in for a complete paint job with its doors literally running into the door jams when they are closed, scratching the new paint and metal and rusting instantly even after bringing it back to him to fix his mistakes for a second time. He returned my truck with dirt all throughout the paint, runs, spots that didn't receive enough paint, scratches in the paint, horribly wavy panels from lack of blocking, fish eyes all over dash, bolts never tightened all around my truck to fall out while driving, holes in my bed he made and never fixed, overspray out the wazoo everywhere, LMC truck tailgate kit that he couldn't figure out how to install and handed back to me not working as it should for my tailgate to open while I was driving to scratch the new paint. The list goes on and on. Worst part is he will try and make his problems he created the customers problem. This man has horrible anger issues, fully lashed out on me when it came time to confront him and hold him accountable for the horrendous job he did. To top it off - Bill is an extremely racist human and refers to poor quality work with racial slurs. Deserves zero stars and no business. I hope no one goes through the bull**** I have dealt with choosing to trust him with my vehicle. I am still cleaning up the mess he made over a year later which has been a very expensive and exhausting road fixing everything he touched.

We've had excellent service from the Collegeville location several times in the past, but Steve,…read morethe manager, just permanently lost our business. We had an appointment for repair work on Jan 12, but when I called to confirm that on the 7th, I was told they did not have the parts yet and it would take 2 weeks to get them. So we rescheduled for drop off on Jan 23, with work beginning on Jan 26. I confirmed the second appointment with Zack on the phone 2 days beforehand. When I arrived at the shop this morning, Steve said they didn't have the parts and didn't understand why I was there. He complained about the State Farm estimate calling for after market parts and not paying for new parts. He has had the insurance estimate for 2 months, and this was a known issue. No one ever called me for a discussion of what I was willing to pay for out of pocket or whether new vs used parts were a deal breaker for me. Classic Coachworks just let the problem fester and then Steve had a temper tantrum when I showed up for a scheduled and confirmed appointment. I warned him that he was about to lose a customer of many, many years, and he sent me away. A little bit of communication goes a long way, and this is a lesson that Steve desperately needs!

Avoid Limerick Auto Body, Poor Experience and Poor Quality Work:…read more I do not typically write negative reviews for a given business, however, I will make an exception for Limerick Auto Body. I brought my Mercedes Benz to Limerick Auto Body to have the rear bumper repainted. I was told they needed the car for 4 days to complete the job. I arrived to pick up the car on the 4th day only to discover that the surface was not prepped properly prior to painting as they did not sand all the road line paint off the rear bumper prior to painting it. In essence, they just painted over it which is poor quality auto body work. I rejected the body work on the car, and the bumper was repainted and clear coated for a second time. This required an additional two days. I picked up the car after 6 days only to discover the next day that they did not wet sand and buff out all the dirt particles and sanding marks throughout the clear coat of the entire rear bumper. The rear bumper was also poorly aligned with the body of the car showing excessive gaps. In addition, the radar sensor on the passenger side of the car was not recalibrated correctly by Limerick Auto Body. As a result, I took the car to another auto body shop for an estimate to fix what Limerick Auto Body did not and cannot do properly. The cost to realign the rear bumper and wet sand and buff out all the dirt particles in the clear coat is about $500.00. Unfortunately, this will be at my expense. Limerick Auto Body had two chances to properly complete the job, and they failed to do so on both occasions which is ridiculous. Clearly, Limerick Auto Body is a low-end, poor quality auto body shop and guaranteed to disappoint. The owner just makes excuses for low quality auto body work and should be embarrassed. Surprisingly, Limerick Auto Body's slogan is "Excellence Guaranteed". I can guarantee you that is not what I found. Save yourself the time and aggravation and look for another auto body shop as quality, craftsmanship, attention to detail and customer satisfaction are foreign concepts to the owner of Limerick Auto Body and his team.
