I am ecstatic with the results of having my car seat stain repaired by Chris! He conveniently came to my home and was able to do it right outside my place. When I saw how perfect it looked afterwards, I almost cried! Thank you so much! read more

Chris from Total Leather Care is amazing! I have a one year old West Elm couch that had lots of stains due to my son. I didn't. Think leather could be so sensitive- but it was no match for him. Chris made it look brand new. The restoration took less than two weeks. They came to my home and gave me an estimate and picked up my cushions and dropped them when completed. The door to door service was wonderful. I feel like I have my couch back! read more

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!! My leather seat in my car got scratched up a bit and I knew it would have to be fixed right away because I did not want to cause further damage. I first called the dealership where I purchased the car because I thought maybe I should just go with the people who "know what they're doing" (boy am I glad I'm a second opinion type of person). The price point they gave me was honestly ridiculous for the small scratch I had. So I asked if they knew of anyone else in the city who fixes car upholstery and the answer they gave me was expected but I still laugh thinking about it, they told me "no we are the only place that fixes car upholstery." HA! So I went on yelp and found Total Leather Care, called them, explained what was going on, they asked for pictures via email so I sent them over and the tech Chris called me back the next day and gave me a great quote that was very reasonable for the area that needed to be fixed. He explained everything to me plain and simple and I could not be happier with the outcome of my car seat. Everyone was so nice I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of leather care! read more

In a world where replacing leather sofas are both expensive and lacking in quality, it's nice to know that you have the option of taking care of what you have. Chris came out to re-dye and re-stuff 2 reclining leather sofas. He is extremely professional, clean and an expert craftsman. Our sofas look new and ready to enjoy for another 10 years. The entire process was easy and the communication along the way was much appreciated. Thanks everyone! read more

Chris, Elizabeth, and the entire crew at TLC re-colored and restored the lipstick red leather in my vintage 1976 Jaguar XJ6L sedan with great care and attention to detail. The interior now appears as new. Four decades of wear and fading have disappeared. Words cannot describe how new this 45 year old leather looks. I would recommend Total Leather Car for any car with worn leather or vinyl upholstery. The work is beyond excellent! read more

Total Leather Care has repaired our leather Natuzzi sectional twice. Once for puppy damage to the side of the lounger, once for wear and tear on a cushion that separated and lost its shape. Both repairs were excellently performed and done right the first time. Great work at a fair price. If you need leather repair, call this company. read more

My husband contacted Total Leather Care to repair cushions on his office furniture. Quickly an office call was arranged, a repair strategy was determined, and the cushions were taken into the workshop. It was important to match the color, sheen, and grain of the material and within two weeks the cushions were returned looking like new! In this disposable world it is nice to know that furniture can be given new life. We were very impressed and my husband's assistant then decided some of her furniture could also use this expert craftsman to handle her repairs. We are VERY PICKY people and I write this review because we found Total Leather Care via an internet search. Look on his website and see the kinds of repairs that convinced us he could get the job done. Those photos don't lie - his work is superb. I'm only sad that I can't give him more stars for his work! read more

Fixed my leather island stool beautifully. Responsive and friendly. Would def recommend.

The technician, Ray, came to my house and instantly diagnosed the problem. He then got right to work and fixed my couch in about an hour. He was the nicest, friendliest guy in the world and taught me a lot about leather care. He even let me sit in on the process and watch him work, and explained each step as he went on. We struck up a very friendly conversation. I cannot recommend this company enough. They do a GREAT job and are extremely nice and friendly. The owner, Chris, was such a nice guy as well. I would absolutely use them again. read more

If I could give Total Leather Care 10 stars, I would. A friend sat on a piece of chocolate on my new $4000 Carmel colored leather couch - the chocolate left a big black stain of oil. I was devastated. The owner, Chris, just brought back my cushion today and there is no signs of the chocolate. Amazing work!!! Great people to work with. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. My leather couches are 17 years old. They were abused by several cats and two dogs. They now look brand new thanks to Total Leather Care. All my friends think I got new ones from West Elm. Everything with these guys were spot on. From arrival time for the estimate to pick up and delivery. I will recommend them to all my friends. read more

TLC is a miracle worker! Our living room sofa and chair are around 20 years old and did not hold up as we thought such an expensive set would. The leather had faded and was so worn looking that we were ready to purchase a new one. Luckily, I decided to search for options and found TLC online. They came to our home and gave us an estimate for bringing our leather back to its former beauty. The estimate was quite reasonable. While we had TLC at our home, we inquired about another set that we have in our game room: a sofa and love seat pair. That set had damage caused by frequent human and pet use. Again, the estimate quoted was most reasonable. TLC picked up the sets a few days later, and returned them within the promised time period. We could not believe how beautiful the furniture looked when it arrived. We recommend TLC with delightful enthusiasm! read more

We had an expensive 12 year old Natuzzi light beige leather sectional that we had made and shipped from Italy and delivered to us. It was in near-perfect condition except that the leather on one of the seats was peeling. Chris drove over two hours to Delaware to look at it. We wanted the leather replaced, not touched up. They came back picked it up, reupholstered the leather and also touched up some rub marks elsewhere when it was returned. There is no way anyone can tell that the leather has been replaced. Amazing job, Chris. Thank you so much!!!! read more

We have a thirty-year-old leather sectional sofa from The Leather Center which provides a tremendous amount of seating as there is a huge "piano" cushion at one end while the other end has a large chaise. We can easily seat ten adults comfortably for family gatherings. Three kids, a few small grandkids, and dogs later, we were at a crossroads as whether to repair our sofa again and not sacrifice giving up this beautiful piece of art, or buying something that was not as functional or spacious at 2019 prices. The frame was still in good condition. So, we called Total Leather Care again as they had made some small repairs years ago from kid and dog damage. Chris offered us several options, but we chose to reupholster all of the seating cushions as the back cushions were all in good condition. He was able to match the color and leather perfectly of the new cushions and firm up a few. We now have a new looking and beautiful leather sofa once again at a fair price. Couldn't be happier with Chris and his team. Wonderful customer service and quality people and work!! You will not be disappointed! read more

We purchased Stickley furniture for our living room several years ago and were surprised that over the years the sun bleached out much of the color. This was expensive furniture and we bought it because it should last a life time and more. We were hesitant to go through this re dying process but decided to take a chance. Results could not have been better. These people are artisans and real professionals. It you are wondering if this is worth the cost? It is! My furniture looks like it is brand new and I look forward to many, many more years of use. read more

Total Leather Care provides a great service - and save you money - they refurbish leather furniture much less expensively than the cost of new leather furniture and give new life to old furniture. It's more than cosmetic - they make your furniture feel new again even after years of hard wear. They're skilled at their work and care about customer service - it's a winning combination. read more

Total Leather Care deserves six stars! They are the best! I took in a 25 year-old Knoll leather daybed cushion that my dog, unbeknown to me, had been using as a launching pad. His claws deeply marked the leather to the point where I almost didn't bother to have it fixed. (I changed my mind when I saw how much a new Knoll Barcelona Daybed would cost.) They repaired and restored the cushion so that it looks like new. They are truly master craftsmen and the nicest people in the world to deal with. I could not be more pleased or recommend them more highly. read more

We had repairs done to a sofa and a love seat, and the work was exceptional. The only thing more exemplary than their leather work was their customer service. I was extremely happy with Total Leather Care. They restored my leather sofa and it looks new again. We had either dye transfer or some other problem which caused darkening of the light brown leather on the cushions. I thought there was no hope and they totally removed the stains. We have a 3-seater sofa that is part of a 3 piece leather set that was in dire need of repair. 2 of the leather seats were worn out. The set was pricey and the leather is heavy top grain pebbled. We called to schedule an appt. Joan was efficient and professional, and worked with our schedule. Chris came to our house and explained our options. We opted to re-upholster the 2 seats, but had to wait 6 months to line up the budget. When we were finally ready, Chris still honored the original amount. Pick up was quick and on time. Delivery was the same. And the final product? My couch looks brand new! Money well spent! We highly recommend this company! read more

I took my wife's purse to get repaired after our dog chewed one of the straps. We received a nice call a couple days later explaining the repair, which was just to cut off the chewed part and sew and smooth it out to make it look normal. Although the price was relatively reasonable, the work done was not very good. He did not smooth out what he cut off, it's rough and jagged. Additionally, the stitching is crooked. This was a poor job. I give him 2 stars only b/c you have to look at it closely to see the shoddy workmanship. She can still use the purse and it looks normal unless you know what you're looking for. The location isn't great because their driveway is a steep hill which bottomed out my car going very slow. Lastly, the ladies up front could use some cusomter service training. read more

Unfortunately they seemed like the most professional service in the area they are completely unprofessional. I spent 3 weeks trying to get in contact with them when I finally dropped my leather item off they held it captive didn't look at it, call me, give me a diagnostic or estimate for about a weekweek. Completely unsatisfied and they haven't done any work to it. They are rude & not worth it. read more
