Well, I was hassled by the son, Blaze, and not far behind was his mother, Lisa. The paint finish has some rough places I asked them to look at, and they said the work is good and just take it home and sleep on it. If your still not happy with the work, maybe we will take another look at it. Well, this is not how a business should treat customers!,,,,! Terrible behavior, more suited for misbehaved children. So, I slept on it, went back, and was told I must not be seeing clearly since they could not see what I was asking them to look at. Needless to say, a small nightmare which I will wake from now that unknown not to return here!!! Good riddance.

The owner Chris does the estimates wherever the car is - in your driveway, at your office etc. Then he drives a rental car to your place, you sign the papers and he tows away your wrecked car while he fixes it. He held the line to make sure the insurance company used authentic parts instead of cheap remakes. When I was there, they were working on my Camry, a BMW, a Mercedes, a mini-van and a bunch of others so he does high end and regular cars. Great customer service, they did all the negotiation with my insurance carrier and got everything covered under the policy. I sent him a referral to a friend in Quakertown which is like 30 miles away and he did the same thing and fixed his car! He's just awesome.

It's a pretty sizable dent and my PDR guy didn't want to touch it. I show up and the first guy goes out and looks at it. We go back inside and he gets gramps to look at it. We walk outside and first thing that comes out of gramp's mouth... "ahhhhhhh, that's aluminum". I know it's not but I'll just let the old man play his game. He proceeds to get a magnet and lo and behold... it sticks. He then attempts to tell me how the paint is specific. The paint code is B-638p. You talk it up all you want... paint code, is a paint code, it's a paint code. He then tells me that we can paint the bottom half and that will save me some money. We all walk in and they give me some "napkin" verbalized ridiculous estimate of $2500.00. I explain to them that I there are four wrecked ones in the state of New York and I'll just go pick up a non-damaged lift gate and install it myself. Ready for this? Ol' man gramps then tells me that Honda will need to "reprogram" the car. I laugh and tell him that there aren't any computers in the back of the car. He responds, "anytime you unplug anything, you have to have it reprogrammed". Weird, I literally just changed the battery and upgraded the alternator less than 7 days ago. As an insurance claims professional, and one of the top catastrophic insurance claims adjusters in the country that handles 1000s of litigated claims per year, these antics and practices is what kills the entire business. I just spoke last year for the state of Florida regarding these same practices in both the personal lines and automotive industry. As a claims professional with 20+ years in the industry... run from shops like this.

The repair is seamless and my Tesla looks like new (Better than new as we know that Tesla is notorious for panels that don't fit well and the bumper now fits better that when new. Many thanks to Eric, who gave me timely updates to the progress of the repair. Tesla parts can be slow to arrive and Eric stayed on top of things with my insurance as well, to ensure things went smoothly. What is also a real benefit is that Moppert is almost next door to an Enterprise Rent a Car. It was so convenient to drop a car off for repair and pick up a rental without the hassle of needing a ride to get from point A to B. . Enterprise even offered to pick up the rental from Moppert after the repair was completed. This the second time using Moppert and it's easy to see why they are a trusted Tesla Certified Repair Location. Thanks again. Philip.

I was in a bit of a predicament when I accidentally took off a lady's driver side mirror in my personal vehicle. It was to a 2004 BMW 325ci. Thinking that it would only cost me between $300-$400 to have it fixed and replaced, I didn't file an insurance claim due to my deductible being $500. I spoke with Ryan directly. He unfortunately related that the mirror is gonna cost me $1,060 (parts and labor). The mirror from BMW's website was around $950. Ryan informed me BMW no longer makes that mirror and he had to order it directly from BMW's website, which didn't even include the glass. Ryan gave me an option to find one cheaper on the internet. Which I found two options, one for $650 on eBay motors and the other was $200 on Amazon, but the part numbers didn't match. Apparently that year and model BMW has 24 different style mirrors, depending whether it's a coupe or a convertible. Needless to say, Ryan was able to find one on eBay for around $210, with the matching part numbers. Ryan then got the lady's permission to order that mirror. In total the whole job cost me $367, a lot better than the $1,060 that I was originally quoted. I am extremely grateful for the extra effort Ryan put forth looking to help both parties out in this unfortunate situation. It also saved me from having to file an insurance claim, and all the headaches I would've had to deal with my insurance company afterwards. These days it's rare to find an auto shop and mechanics that have the integrity and compassion that Ryan and the rest of his team have. I greatly appreciate it!
