When I wrecked my car last year, they came out to my house at night, in the snow, to give me an estimate. Then they worked with me to fix the car within my budget, at an unbelievably low cost considering the damage. Not only did they fix the car; they did little things like fix my dangling tweeters that I had been ignoring for years. Then they let me pick up the car after hours. This year, when I knocked off a side view mirror, they continued to order and send back used parts until they found one they considered acceptable. Finally, I wrecked my car again (I know, I should quit driving) and even though it was totaled and there was nothing for Chris and Lisa to repair, they called around junk yards for me to have the car towed and taken care of. Throughout all of this, they have been prompt and kind, remembering me, asking about my family, etc. They truly seem to love their work and their customers, and I will never take my business elsewhere!

To make matters worse, my back/brake lights and blinkers weren't working. I have a go-to mechanic whom I trust with my life and my car's life. I have. never gone to anyone else to service my car. I would fly my car to him, wherever he may be...however, this time around, I decided to try this place, because this place had sooner availability, and I had to work. I came here SOLELY on previous yelp reviews and a prayer. Service: The man who owns this business, is Lloyd. He was the one who worked on my vehicle. I told him I prefer to pay out of pocket, if the price was fair. The price was fair. I thanked him and God for practically saving my hide. He communicated every step. He also allowed me to pay half, upfront, so that he could order my parts, so instead of having my car sit at his shop, unnecessarily, while we wait for my car parts, I was able to have my vehicle for an additional week, (while parts was being ordered). Total days in shop: 4 1/2. Quality: Lloyd purchased the new bumper, and placed it on my vehicle. It was like my vehicle never had a scratch. Perfect replacement! Then he figured out why my lights were no longer working. He immediately ordered the part and replaced it. I was expecting additional hundreds of dollars, added to my bill, but he kept the price for the parts and labor very fair. He even showed the damaged on my previous wire harness. Explained everything to me. Very knowledgable and does excellent body work. Value: I shared my quote with four other people. All were expecting that my damages would cost me thousands of dollars to fix. I am grateful for Lloyd's fair prices. Conclusion: God forbid I make a silly mistake like this again with my car, but in the event that I did hit something again, I will be coming back here. No need to look elsewhere. I trust this place with my car.

I explained exactly what needed to be done, take it off, heat it up, repaint, recalibrate the safety system, put it back on. The employee gave me a whole nonsense explanation about an internal sensor, and new parts and blahditty blah. I'm too smart for that. When I received the estimate, all I could do was laugh, $6,871. In the interim, I called my dealer and asked if they would take a look at it. He confirmed my suggestion was exactly what was necessary. I took it in the following week, it was done in 3 days and was approximately $5,000 LESS than the estimate from CCW. When I say minor, I mean it was so minor, most people wouldn't have even fixed it, but we wanted to. I felt this was a situation where they either saw a woman and thought they'd try to capitalize, or, figured a sucker is born everyday and assumed they had one with me. Wrong. Either way, not great business and it's a shame because I know they do very nice work, they just lack in customer service, honesty and integrity. Sometimes the best price isn't the best option, but in this case, it absolutely was.

I show up and the first guy goes out and looks at it. We go back inside and he gets gramps to look at it. We walk outside and first thing that comes out of gramp's mouth... "ahhhhhhh, that's aluminum". I know it's not but I'll just let the old man play his game. He proceeds to get a magnet and lo and behold... it sticks. He then attempts to tell me how the paint is specific. The paint code is B-638p. You talk it up all you want... paint code, is a paint code, it's a paint code. He then tells me that we can paint the bottom half and that will save me some money. We all walk in and they give me some "napkin" verbalized ridiculous estimate of $2500.00. I explain to them that I there are four wrecked ones in the state of New York and I'll just go pick up a non-damaged lift gate and install it myself. Ready for this? Ol' man gramps then tells me that Honda will need to "reprogram" the car. I laugh and tell him that there aren't any computers in the back of the car. He responds, "anytime you unplug anything, you have to have it reprogrammed". Weird, I literally just changed the battery and upgraded the alternator less than 7 days ago.
