    Very nice and friendly place, but they are way more expensive and take much longer than your average auto body shop

I went in to get an estimate with Rich and he handled everything. When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING! He asked for my claim # with septa & he took care of the rest! From an estimate to contacting septa, emailing them the estimate directly, and getting me a rental car. The whole shabang! From start to finish, the whole process was such a breeze. My little baby was fixed after just ONE week! Talk about fast & efficient. Job well done and they washed the car too i think. My car looks so much newer haha. Thank you thank you thank you. Dom continuously checked in with me and provided me updates throughout the process. When my car was complete, it looked brand new just like it was pre-accident. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is because it took 30 days to get the car back. Dom had communicated with me and notified me of all the parts shipment delays, which seemed to be out of their control and from the Toyota factory - but the inconvenience and length of time is what docks the star. Most rental companies/insurance give you a maximum of 30 days of rental, so it was pushing it pretty close. I would not hesitate to return to this business should I ever need it, but fingers crossed I don't for a long time!

The whole crew made the process feel smooth and well organized, which really took a lot of stress off me. I want to give a special shout-out to Ian, the Customer Service Manager. The extreme cold weather slowed down the paint process, but he and the team did everything they could to stay on schedule and get my car back to me as promised. I truly appreciate that effort. They also noticed an issue with my tire and brought it to my attention, making sure I understood the safety concern. They even helped me find a discounted replacement tire to bring the cost down. That meant a lot to me. It felt like they were looking out for me, not just trying to make extra bucks. Communication was great as well. I received regular updates, so I always knew what was going on. While they're busy, they have a shop cat to keep you company while you're waiting. She's round and content, clearly very well-fed and well taken care of. She's a bit shy, but she's warm company on a cold day while you wait. I'm very glad I chose them. I made an appointment to have to the car checked out but I was just called and told not to bother coming in and they don't care about any noise because my vehicle had allegedly been repaired at some point, improperly. DON'T GO HERE. They sold me new tires that were unrelated to the accident though. Annoying.

    I have had my beloved 2014 Chevy Sonic (named The Witch; garage rock aficionados will get it) with…read moreBill and Kevin twice - once in 2017 when I hit someone head-on (my fault) and recently when someone hit me (his fault). The first accident insurance was handled with insurance. The second accident was out of pocket since the guy who hit me was uninsured and the car was a lot closer to me trading in with nearly 130,000 miles. In 2017 they worked with my insurance company and were able to work with me with the deductible. They knew I was looking at keeping this car for a while and wanted it to be worth as much as it could be when it was trade-in time. Last week they knew I was paying cash (the guy who hit me was uninsured) for a car with 130,000 miles on it. I was on the fence on fixing it or taking the hit and trading it in. They took a $1,600 estimate (which was $500 cheaper than the other company who looked at it), said they could do it for $1,200, and then the bill came in at only $1,100 because they were able to repair a headlight instead of replacing it. The one constant was that they were always professional to deal with and whether working with my insurance company's money or my own, gave me a car that looked like it was never in an accident, let alone two of them. They own a dealership too. When it's time to trade it in, I know where I am going first.
