I recently had my daughter take her car there after she was in a front end fender bender while at school at Haverford College. They were nice enough to deal with and handled all of the interactions with my insurance company even though we live in another state. I had to call them to get updates often because we were on a tight schedule as the semester was ending and we were driving the car home. The timeline wasn't too tight, but it was a hard deadline from my end. The work did not come out great. Somehow they missed the license plate mounting bracket entirely (see pictures) even though there is a large chunk taken out of it and some pretty good damage. The hood gap on the driver's side is way high. I noticed it immediately when I arrived to drive it home. Not sure how that gets missed either. The paint is not color matched very well. It is obvious to me that the only part painted was the hood. It does not match the fenders at all. They did offer to give me the part # for the license plate bracket so I could buy it on my own but that defeats the purpose of having insurance fix the car. If I lived in town I would be having this work redone. Very disappointed. read more

I would highly recommend Brendan's as they are very professional and very easy to work with. I had an issue with my headlight assembly in my BMW535xi and they understood the issue and were able to get me on the schedule quickly and the job was completed in a day. This place is terrible. I was sent here via my insurance company after being rear ended with my 3 young children in the car. I drive a minivan and they claimed to have fixed everything up to standards. However after mistakenly hitting a pole in a parking garage, we sent my van over to a friends body shop for repairs. When he got in there he found that the park sensors, brackets and wires were glued onto the bumper of my van. The plugs and harnesses were also frayed. These are the safety systems for my family vehicle that Brendans failed to fix properly. It was also found that alignment was never fixed after being rear ended. Do not ever trust these people with your car. ESPECIALLY the one you primarily drive your young children around in. read more

I was referred to Brendan's Collision from the insurance company to get my damage estimated. I had never used them before. I decided to let them do the work on my 2012 Camry, that was previously repaired 6 months ago, when i was hit in the rear - by another auto body shop. The bumper was replaced and the quarter panel repaired in less than 1 week. The work was impeccable! Better than the prior auto body shop!! You could not even tell it was ever damaged. The owner, Gene, was professional and the work done was terrific. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for good body work and professional personnel. This would be a five-star review - Brendan's did a fender replacement for me that corrected a job done by another shop, and they went out of the way to contact me when my phone was out of commission (sent someone local to my door). But the inconvenience caused by one of their employees - my backup cell phone was stolen out of my glove compartment, as well as my freeway toll transponder - makes me dampen my enthusiasm for this shop. Perhaps I should have been more circumspect with my belongings, but I am used to being a trusting person and didn't think I had to be careful. Buyer beware! read more

My auto repair shop recommended Brendan's for repair of a scrape and dent on the rear passenger- side door of my car. They looked at it right away, even without an appointment, and buffed and waxed the trouble spot area, giving me the option of "living with" a barely noticeable dent or paying the $500 deductible on my insurance policy (and a possible bump in my premium) for a full-blown repair.
