Marty was recommended and I thought I would give him a try and am so glad I did. I found him to be extremely honest. He listens to what I have to say, takes care of it and a extremely reasonable price. After being with my first mechanic for as long as I was, I was initially worried that I could be told anything and I would not have any idea if it is right or wrong; however, Marty has never told me anything that I thought was outrageous. He fixes what is wrong and that is that. I highly recommend Marty and encourage others to give him a try. You won't be sorry.

The whole crew made the process feel smooth and well organized, which really took a lot of stress off me. I want to give a special shout-out to Ian, the Customer Service Manager. The extreme cold weather slowed down the paint process, but he and the team did everything they could to stay on schedule and get my car back to me as promised. I truly appreciate that effort. They also noticed an issue with my tire and brought it to my attention, making sure I understood the safety concern. They even helped me find a discounted replacement tire to bring the cost down. That meant a lot to me. It felt like they were looking out for me, not just trying to make extra bucks. Communication was great as well. I've had the misfortune to require repair work on two cars over the last two summers. Based on…read moreConcord Auto Body Shop's reputation we took our Jeep Grand Cherokee for an estimate last summer and were hoping to have it scheduled for repair while we were away for a 2 week summer vacation out west. Concord Auto Body was extremely busy, but Pete was very accomodating and said he could fit us in while we were away on vacation. We were kept informed on the progress and any additional potential work while we were gone. While still away we were informed that the car was ready and we could pick it up when we returned. The Jeep looked perfect when we arrived to pick it up. The car was also immaculately cleaned which was a bit unexpected. Considering we have two young kids it was a very nice sight to see the car look brand new on the inside and out! In June of this year we had to take my BMW 3 series in for a minor scrape on the front left fender/bumper area. I was dreading the potential cost of this one because a family member had scraped the car with his car and we were not handling through insurance. I feared the worst in terms of damage cost even though the damage didn't look "that bad". Again, we arrived at Concord Auto Body on the verge of a trip to the Delaware coast for a week and were hoping we could get fit in while we were gone. Pete, again was extremely accomodating and said they would fit us in. He gave us an extensive review of what would need to be done to fix the damage including several potential addtional significant costs that might be incurred depending on what was found underneath the bumper and the various sensor for park distance, etc. We were again kept informed throughout from the call a week in advance of our drop off as a friendly reminder and during our trip to inform us what was done and when the car would be ready for pick up. Upon our return yesterday, the car was sitting there waiting for us. The car looked perfect like it just came off the show room floor of the dealership. Pete and the crew inside were extremely friendly and we joked around about how my Dad still wouldn't be invited over for Thanksgiving for damaging my car. As I got into the car, I was again floored by how clean the car was on the inside as well as the perfect fix on the outside. I genuinely felt like I was driving a brand new car again! Thanks Pete and everyone at Concord Auto Body Shop. You do fantastic work! I hope I never have to see you again, but if I'm in need of repair work in the future, I will definitely be seeing you!

From my initial visit to the shop, to Mike's survey of my car, to the call Don made to let me know my insurance carrier hadn't come through with the estimate as expected, to the details I was given once the estimate was provided, then to the guess-timate I received about when my car would be ready, the entire experience at the shop far exceeded my expectations. I wasn't able to get to the shop before it closed when my car was ready for pick up, so the guys were good enough to have my car driven down the street to Central City Toyota's service area so it would be available for me to pick it up. The car looked brand new! Mike wasn't kidding when he said the car would be cleaned - and it was sanitized as well. I really knew the guys had detailed it when I got gas a few days later. My gas cap had long ago become disconnected from the wire that held it. When I reached in to pull the gas cap, I noticed that it was attached to its wire. A little thing, yet a huge big deal to me! I hope never again to have to use th Auto Shop's services however, if I do, I know I'm in for good service, transparency and for respectful treatment. What more could a customer ask for! Thanks Mike, Don, Helen and Team!
