They also contacted me when work was done on a vehicle, and did what they said they would do. Recently with a simple car inspection I've been really disappointed with this business, not because of the work, or the price, but because they keep telling me they will call back and never do. It must be 10 times I've tried to find out about the status of my car inspection, and they never respond to let me know. I think I'll have to go elsewhere even though I love the location. But first I would appreciate getting the inspection sticker. Hopefully I won't have to call 10 more times to finally get some type of response.

Joe got into the car, it didn't start (note: ignition problem was draining the battery, dah!). He immediately said, "Oh, you need a new battery." He never bothered to check the cells. Told me to leave it, called me later, informed me that the car was ready and the bill for the new battery and installation was $ 190.00. No "paperwork" on the battery and no warranty. WTF? Business must be bad to need to rip off a good customer. Guaranteed, that was the last money he ever will get from me.

I was sent there by the local Lexus dealer to see mgr Jon Sommer to assess a trunk lid alignment that was an issue for me that almost caused me to not purchase the vehicle. Jon met me at my car and looked at the situation. He took the car inside and in less than 10 minutes brought the car back out and had it repaired. It apparently was a minor adjustment, but the biggest surprise was he said no charge, just remember us for future repairs. I was beyond surprised and so pleased that there was not some hidden accident problem that I had fretted about.
