There's a tv, coffee, drinks, and places to relax while waiting for service or your car. Friendly customer service, good communication with my insurance company, and the ease of getting a rental car (there is an Enterprise desk inside the the center) makes this shop a top place to get your car repaired. My car came out shiny, looking like new. The damage was completely repaired, and the repainting of the new parts was perfect. It should be noted and the only reason 3D Auto Body is getting 4, not 5 stars is that they forgot to put the stuff I had in my trunk, including my spare tire, back in. I only noticed incidentally a couple days later, and they were luckily able to find it when I called. Otherwise, this was a great experience during a stressful time. Would definitely recommend.

So much for trying to keep the client happy. Why wasn't cracked part overnighted and another flatbed rented because they were down one. Avoid this company. Solutions to problems were available and just ignored.

I asked him about prices about for a part for the front bumper, and if it was possible for me to bring in the OEM part from the dealership on my own. As soon as I said that, he replied "Do you bring your own cheeseburger to McDonald's?". Instead of calmly answering my questions, he stated yelling at me and was extremely rude and profane. It seems like as soon as you raise any concerns with this shop, they get hostile and start yelling at you. This is absolutely no way to treat customers, no matter the price or the quality of the work. Don't know if I would recommend this shop in the future because god forbid they don't like something you say and they start yelling at you too. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews". This is the most unprofessional, and discriminatory shop I've ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be slave to their questionable business practices and when you begin to ask questions, they verbally harass you and then refuse to work on your car. Instead of listening and caring for their customers, they bully them around and expect a thank you in return. UPDATE #2 6/29: Another bodyshop called Classic to let them know they would be transferring the vehicle tomorrow. The associate on the phone immediately started yelling at the lady from the other bodyshop and told her "I'm gonna leave his car parked in the street with his windows down and the keys in the ignition!". I'm shocked at this point that Classic is frankly still in business and that customers tolerate this kind of treatment from a business owner. Definitely looping in BBB, and also Audi of America to let them know what kind of business they are partnering with.

I didn't want to hang over his shoulder so I gave him the keys and went inside. (Even though they texted me to say they would need an additional 5 days that they didn't in fact require causing me to schedule a rental car for longer than I needed). Problem started a day and a half after I got the car back, one of my rear tires was flat, right as a blizzard was moving in. I went to change it and discovered a puncture on the side wall of that tire. Went to get a new tire and the tire shop informed me that there was a metal object sticking out of the side of the other rear tire as well. While I may have run an errand or two the day after I got my car back, it is unlikely my tires got punctured anywhere other than this shop, where it sat for two weeks. Would not recommend this place at all.
