Personnel very professional and friendly. The repair was a bumper fix and I was given an original thought that it should only take about 3 days. Due to the back and forth with the insurance company, it ended up being more like 10 days. After 10 days, I am informed that there is an issue with the passenger side air bag and they cannot release it back to me until it is fixed. 10 days and no one noticed the dummy light? If I had been informed of this within that 10 days I may not have been so upset. It could have been done and over within that 10 days. Now, it's nearly another week with a rental, to repair something I didn't ask for. If my insurance hadn't covered it, I would have been stuck with that extra bill. Five stars all the way, good genuine, human beings, kind, attentive, and very aware of customer service. Steve knows how to talk to people to maintain relationships and keep business. I've had a few interactions with him, and they have all been incredibly positive. The physical work that got complete on my car was outstanding. No cutting corners, very thorough work, and it looks brand spanking new. They take a ton of pictures and you you get an explanation of what needs to be done and why. I had my car repaired after a deer ran into the passenger side of the car in November, 2023. I was very pleased with the appearance of the car after the work was done. In May 2024 a passenger in my car could not unlock the passenger door. I went back to Mopparts and explained the problem. While I waited they immediately fixed a cable that enabled the door to be unlocked from the inside. Even though it could not be established that the initial repair contributed to this problem there was no charge. This is exceptional customer service. read more

Just had a great experience with this garage! I work very nearby and took my car there on Wednesday morning because I was having "battery" problems (a whole bunch of issues going on with the car that mimicked battery problems.) They did the diagnosis and told me that my issue was a recall. I contacted the dealer and they told me this issue was not a recall for my model. I called Kevin back and he ordered the part and installed it for me today! I am so appreciative with the way they took care of me! read more

I had the same experience as the last reviewer. Brought my car in for an inspection. Was having no issues. Every day they called telling me there were more issues. Went from $100 to $500 to $1000. When I said I wanted to bring it somewhere else for a 2nd estimate they wouldn't give me the car back until I paid them even though they hadn't yet replaced any parts and I hadn't approved the work. I know a thing or two about cars and when I went to see the issues they were saying the car had, it turned out that those things were working fine and not needed after all. SCAM! read more

I brought my truck in for an alignment and was told that it needed a full front end replacement including control arms, wheel bearings, a arms and adjustment cams. The Truck only has 60,000 miles on it and not used for much other than towing a camper once or twice a year. I had a feeling it needed something but not an entire front end. The quote was over $2000.00 and I had a hard time believing them so I paid them for the alignment and took it to my mechanic who does not have an alignment rack or I would of had him align it. About $300.00 later my truck is perfect with only one wheel bearing needed. I do not know if they are incompetent or dishonest but either way I would not recommend this place. read more

I have used Eagleville Auto Body several times in the last decade. They do excellent work at a very reasonable price. They worked with my insurance company to get the car(s) taken care of and repaired in a timely manner. The folks who work there are professional and friendly, and will do just about anything you need, auto-body-wise. My hubby's car got hit by an uninsured driver so we were stuck with the bill. The nearest body shop wanted over $800 to replace the bumper and related repairs. Eagleville Auto Body inspected the bumper and realized it didn't even need replacing. They were able to remold the bumper and do the necessary repairs to make it safe for just over $300. Excellent work, excellent service, excellent price! They have made a customer for life! read more
