He was very responsive and made it easy for us to connect using location pinning services. He was super friendly and kind and took great care with my car. He communicated everything clearly including additional costs involved. I rode with him in the truck to the tire store and he was friendly and chatty and I appreciated that . He was incredibly kind, helpful, and caring throughout the entire experience. You don't always expect this level of service and compassion when you're far from home, especially on a holiday weekend.
