AAA sent Bob's Auto to correct low tire pressure that was registered on my car. The gentleman that arrived did not have a tire pressure gauge and had no idea if there was a problem in any of my tires. I asked him how it was possible to determine what the tire pressure was if he didn't have the proper equipment. He assumed he could just indiscriminately pump air in all the tires having no idea how much air he was putting in. The low tire pressure light remained on and my car was driving erratically. Steering was off and the very bumpy way the car was moving caused me concern. I took my car to the auto shop I use in Blue Bell and was shocked by the results. None of the tires had even amounts of air distributed. One tire had 50 pounds of air which could have caused a blowout or worse. In short, all the tires were screwed up. AAA should think about using Bob's when such carelessness and lack of concern for safety is at stake. read more

Soooooo...they were our towing company dispatched by AAA- If how the owner handled the situation is anything how he handles his everyday business DO NOT USE ! During the tow they TORE up our front yard on both sides of the driveway - he supposedly sent his landscaper who only threw hay on the ground didn't repair the lawn - it's all dirt and still torn up He had no remorse - and rude I will be filing a claim against them with AAA and will eventually get this repaired but he is the worst for sure read more

Don't judge a book by its cover. When you drive by this place, you will probably think, "There is no way in hell I'm going to have my car fixed here." But that would be a big mistake for you. I've taken my cars for repairs with Bob several times. Bob is as honest as they come. He diagnoses the problem and charges a very fair price. When you compare his work and price compared to any dealer, Bob will save you tons of money. Any repair I've had done by him has been done professionally, on time and on budget. Women Beware! Had my wife take my car there for JUST a SLOW tire leak. Ends up the tire still leaks in addition the suction line was completely detached from air conditioning compressor Bob states "Things Happen" How can you have a business if you have a tech creating problems instead of repairing them l started to just avoid this place and let it go but hopefully this will help someone else to think twice. Bob kinda sounded nice over the phone but when l told him l would rather not bring my car back there again his voice changed. I've brought my car in for some pretty serious repairs twice over the past 2 months and Bob's has delivered every time! They are no hassle to deal with. The small office inside is very uncomfortable and not welcoming. The staff seem disinterested in their customers and do not take the time to explain what the problems are. I had my car inspected there in January 2021, and a week later I had to take it back for them to fix something. They were unwilling to negotiate price even though they had just serviced my car a week before and reported everything was fine. I used their towing company and these guys and honest and ethical. Importantly, they have the experience to deal with complex situations. My car broke down last week with broken axle and wheel off. I had called AAA and they send Five Points towing to tow my car. When the 5 points guy came, he refused to take my car to auto repair shop of my choice and came up with all kinds of excuses and insisted on taking me to their 5 Points auto repair shop. When I put my foot down, they demanded I pay an extra $250 to tow my car just 5 miles for use of special equipment. I called AAA and the agent confirmed that my membership covers the towing as well as use of any special equipment as part of the towing. However, the 5 points towing guys refused to tow unless I paid $250. AAA finally sent Bob's Auto Clinic Towing. Bob's Clinic guy was courteous and experienced. My car towing was not an standard towing since the wheel was off. However Bob's towing guy was amazing and managed to get my car on and off the truck with my wheel off and tow it to auto repair place of my choice. read more

I love Bob's Towing! Today was the second time that Bob's came to my rescue. The first time I used them was February 2014. It was freezing cold and I went outside super excited because I was about to go adopt my new dog! My excitement was quickly squashed when I noticed my flat tire. I called AAA and they dispatched Bob's to come repair. They were timely and professional. Today I had just finished my wegmans trip and loaded my car up with groceries to discover a dead battery! I called AAA and once again Bob's came to my rescue. And once again they provided prompt service and professionalism. Ben was able to charge my battery, test it and replace the old one within about 15 minutes of his arrival. He did it with a sense of humor even though it was cold as H-E-double-hockey-sticks outside. Great service. Honest and skilled. Another facility told me I needed a tune up for $1000. I called bob and he said he would do it for $700. I approved it. He came and picked up my car. Great service! I needed a towing really late at night in the cold and most places were closed. Finally called these guys and a guy named John came picked me up. Waiting time was very accurate and the price they quoted was very fair. First 5 miles $70 flat + $4/mile. The guy was super friendly no nonsense and straight forward. Highly recommended. read more

Bob's auto clinic gets high marks from me. I had a flat tire yesterday on my lexus and i live in CT and have never been to anyone but the dealership for service... So John came out put on the donut, took my rim and tire and a few hours later on my way back to CT, i drove up and Bob had me out in less than 10 minutes. he went out and got the specific tire for me and charged me a very fair price that morning. i'm a blue bell native and wish i still lived in the area to support a businessman such as Bob. i couldn't have had a better experience.
