They are just amazing! My car got "splashed" on a highway by some white paints. I went to a car shop who recommended to get there as soon as possible. Mike looked at my car...and told me that we may save this day by doing some power wash. They had no gas in their machine but asked me to wait to get some. It took them no less than 20 minutes to clean up the front of the car with no trace of painting anymore. The service, their help, their kindness, their human side...I cannot say enough good things about them. I would recommend anyone in the Greater Philadelphia area to get there! When my car was rear-ended by a distracted driver, my first stop was McShane's. In short order, John McShane equipped me with a repair estimate. Three things impressed me about McShane's: (1) John never asked whether the repair would be self-pay or insurance-pay (in stark contrast to other nearby repair shops); (2) the insurance adjuster knew John's work, as well as his reputation for honesty and accuracy. Much to my surprise, the adjuster approved payment for John's estimate and even offered to approve a further payment if John found additional damage after disassembling the car; and (3) the work was impeccable. Fantastic. Friendly, honest and communicative from start to finish. After my car's bumper was hit while parked, I was tasked with finding a body shop I trusted my car with. Like the story of the Three Little Pigs, my husband and I visited three shops in the area. The first shop didn't care too much about earning our business and left us feeling meh, the second shop focused their attention squarely on my husband because surely this little lady can't understand big, scary things like estimates. Worst car detailing ever! $160 for a Nissan Altima Coupe. Uh, cup holders not cleaned, center console not cleaned, door pockets not cleaned, Scuffs left on interior doors, trunk not even vacuumed!
