Early COVID days were rough. Most businesses couldn't open... John at Epoch hustled to get me outfitted to pull an RV. The new cars are all computers... and a VOLVO has some unique electronics. John is a master mechanic and a wizard with the technology. He was meticulous with his work. I am really appreciative of the special care they took to make sure that my cars safety technology interfaced with the braking system on the trailer I was pulling. They really did flawless work and went out of the way to make sure everything was perfect before I made a COVID cross country pilgrimage. Once I finally got my car home (where it sat in the driveway for a few weeks due to surgery) I noticed one of my rims was all scraped up. I guess from the accident that was overlooked. No point in complaining to them. I'm sure she d be accused of damaging it myself! So now I've got a busted rim & still mis-matched paint on a car that's only 1 year old!! I shouldn't have had to put any money out of pocket since the accident was not my fault. But, thanks to the shoddy work of John Kennedy repair shop, I was terribly inconvenienced, poorly treated & had to pay out $$ for their stupidity. Do yourself a favor- Don't use this repair shop!!

1/5 **Disappointing…read moreexperience -- be very careful about diagnostic charges.** I brought my Lexus to Bucks County Auto Care after speaking with the shop about having them look at a coolant leak and check-engine light and provide an estimate. I dropped the vehicle off using their after-hours key drop, explaining the issues I was experiencing. The following day, I received a repair estimate of approximately $4,380. Given the substantial cost, I decided to seek a second opinion. That was when I was informed I owed $202.50 for diagnostic/pressure testing that had already been performed. My concern is that I was never informed in advance that there would be a diagnostic fee, never quoted a price for that testing, and never asked to authorize the charge before the work was performed. When I questioned the charge, I was told the testing was necessary and that I was already being given a break on the cost. Despite explaining that I had not agreed to the charge, the shop refused to waive it and told me my vehicle would not be released until I paid. I ultimately paid the $202.50 to retrieve my vehicle. I have no objection to paying for services that are clearly explained and authorized beforehand. What I object to is being presented with an unexpected charge after the work has already been performed, without having had the opportunity to approve or decline it. I believe customers deserve transparency about diagnostic fees before any work is performed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop and would not return.
