I came to J's Auto Service for a routine state inspection and emissions check. Everything was fine other than a puncture in one of my tires and my brake lights being out. When I picked up my vehicle the odometer was up an additional 5 miles even though their invoice states there was no change in mileage. (Miles in 158,162, actual miles out 158,167 ( see attached photos)). This was odd but I didn't think anything of it since a road test is usually preformed. Fast forward to when I got the tire replaced at their shop/to get my other sticker for inspection. I picked it up after work and was a little surprised it costed $52.86 ($63.11 - $10.25 (state safety sticker)) for ONE tire. I started driving and realized my dashcam was unplugged. I contacted the shop and asked why this happened. I spoke with Christine who told me, "All we did was install your tire and check your brake lights". I go home and review the footage. I come to find out that they did indeed unplug my dash cam. Not cool. I also reviewed the footage from the day of my inspection. Prior to my vehicle ever being inspected, Jamie and Christine used my vehicle to pick up another customers car! They came back, inspected my vehicle and then conducted a road test. I paid for a state inspection/emissions test, not for them to use my car for their business. I will not be giving them my business after this and will not recommend them to anyone.

He said to call the guy who sold him the tired to get warranty because "he pay for it as new" So I did, I have messages from where he bought it stating he new it was a old used tire and even asked for a discount because of the missing chunk on tire tread. He paid 250$ or less for the USED tire and sold to me as new. I will give him credit for coming at night time and getting me out of the road. I understand emergency services cost money, The reason I am devastated is because he SCAMMED me by telling me its a brand new tire when he new it was used and just wanted to make hundreds In proffit by ripping me off. First time I ever write a review, Just what an awful experience i had and hope This doesn't happen to any of my fellow truckers Nonetheless I believe this young man could have a profitable business by just being honest and not scamming hard working individuals. It was this frustration which led us to the internet and where we came across Miller Trailer Sales after searching for the specific make and model of trailer we wanted, a nüCamp T@B CS-S Boondock. Miller Trailer Sales had the exact make and model we wanted, with the graphics package we were looking for, at a price much lower than our local dealer. Additionally, Miller Trailer Sales offered options to change a graphics package and modify the microwave with a drawer kit based on our needs. This was customer service that we never thought possible when trying to buy a trailer. Even with some distance hurdles to overcome, Samuel Miller, of Miller Trailer Sales, was more than willing to walk us through the purchase. He had assured us there was no issue purchasing from out of state, in fact, he had done this with several other customers from our state. He was very pleasant to work with over the phone and through email. His father was also quite willing to perform repair work on the trailer harness, which had been incorrectly installed on our vehicle by our local dealer. Once the date of pickup was set, we traveled to Miller Trailer Sales and dropped off our vehicle for the harness work, and Samuel picked us up (even with our daughter and dog coming along for the ride) and brought us to the sales office. The transaction was incredibly smooth with no complications or high-pressure sales tactics to purchase extras. All the paperwork was ready for us to make the purchase. After that was completed, Samuel spent over three hours walking us through the trailer we purchased, taking his time to explain every facet of the new unit. Not only that, he informed us of important maintenance items we need to address with our other trailer the local dealer never informed us about. Samuel walked around the trailer and described each item in detail and answered all of our questions patiently. Once our vehicle was ready with the new harness (repaired and wired correctly), Samuel's father, Preston, brought it to the sales office and explained how the hookup would work. After explanation and hookup, we were asked one more time if we had questions. Then they gave us safe directions to get on the highway back home. Miller Trailer Sales was fantastic to deal with. They all made the experience a positive one from start to finish. You will not find a more competent, positive, and friendlier nüCamp trailer dealer in the Northeast.
