Last week I was coming Home from Dairy Queen. One Mile from my House. I went 1/4 mile and my 2016 Chevy Silverado just Stopped. Engine revving, Stopped Dead. My Transmission was Dead! Next Morning I called Bucks County Auto Care. Their Tow Truck was in My Driveway in less than 15 mins. Bucks Cty. Auto Care Manager Ray called me when My Truck arrived & Said, Don't worry we'll get right on it & I'll call you back. In a couple of Hours he called me Back & Yes it was My Transmission. I went down & met with Ray & He had a Firm Game Plan, to get me a REMAN JASPER Transmission. They installed the New Transmission, & fixed a few other things that needed attention and got me MY Truck Back In Less than a week; "In Like New Condition." I couldn't be Happier with the Service and attention to Detail. What a Great Automotive Organization. Straight Forward, No Games. Great Honest Team helping to keep us all Moving. Bucks County Auto Care is also Disabled and Veteran Friendly. These are Great People to work with! Thank you Bucks Auto Care for Getting me Back on the Road like you Promised. 1/5 **Disappointing experience -- be very careful about diagnostic charges.** I brought my Lexus to Bucks County Auto Care after speaking with the shop about having them look at a coolant leak and check-engine light and provide an estimate. I dropped the vehicle off using their after-hours key drop, explaining the issues I was experiencing. The following day, I received a repair estimate of approximately $4,380. Given the substantial cost, I decided to seek a second opinion. That was when I was informed I owed $202.50 for diagnostic/pressure testing that had already been performed. My concern is that I was never informed in advance that there would be a diagnostic fee, never quoted a price for that testing, and never asked to authorize the charge before the work was performed. When I questioned the charge, I was told the testing was necessary and that I was already being given a break on the cost. Despite explaining that I had not agreed to the charge, the shop refused to waive it and told me my vehicle would not be released until I paid. I ultimately paid the $202.50 to retrieve my vehicle. I have no objection to paying for services that are clearly explained and authorized beforehand. What I object to is being presented with an unexpected charge after the work has already been performed, without having had the opportunity to approve or decline it. I believe customers deserve transparency about diagnostic fees before any work is performed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop and would not return. read more

Had a brake light bulb go out when I had my son's taking his Drivers Test in Dublin and they wouldn't let him take test, but said if we could get it fixed and get back within a half hour (!), we could still take test that day. Looked and found Bucks County Auto were a half mile away. Pulled in, explained situation and they dropped what they were doing, during lunch no less, and replaced both bulbs and had us on our way in 15 minutes and we were able to go back and complete the test!! WOW!! Amazing service and VERY FAIR. on top of that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

These people are great! They handle my fleet of 5 work vans and 2 personal cars. They have great communication and give honest feedback when it comes to which repairs are worth doing. When I had a van die 40 miles away they went and got it and fixed it for me. We have a few of these Ram city vans that are hard to work on and they handle everything no problem. Another highlight is the loaner car. It super helpful to be able to drop a van off by myself and have a car to use while they are fixing my van. That in itself saves me a lot of time and money not having to pay someone from my team to help pick up and drop off vans when they need work. read more

I have been using Bucks County Auto Care for almost ten years. Auto service establishments don't get any better than these guys. The service is fantastic, prices reasonable and on top of that, they are a great bunch of guys. When an unexpected problem comes up, and you need help, they are there for you. read more

Andrew W We were en route to family reunion! Went over a rock on Rt 611 tore a hole in transmission pan. Was a SUNDAY, weren't familiar with the area, what do I do? Great tow truck guy suggested we drop car off here. We knew it would be closed. Dropped car, filled out envelope, placed through slot. Called Monday to speak and explain. They had it finished on Tuesday. We live in the Poconos and allowed us to leave it until we were off on Saturday. Great work, very fairly priced! Would definitely recommend! read more

The best shop around. Super friendly and honest work! Definitely recommend Bucks County Automotive for all your car repairs and inspections! read more

I had an amazing experience here! These guys pulled off a miracle for me. I needed an inspection on the last day of the month with no notice, and turned out I needed significant repair to pass the inspection. They got the parts and did the work in one afternoon! They went far above and beyond to get me back on the road when I needed to. Very professional and accommodating even though I'm sure I totally messed up their schedule. I definitely recommend coming here! read more

I can't say enough about this group and the care they provide my cars. They are reasonably priced and the service is done the same day. If you go elsewhere, you need to try BCAC. You will be glad you did. read more

We've been taking our cars here the past few years and couldn't be happier. I always dreaded taking in vehicles to the dealers because of how much they try and sell you but this doesn't happen here. They're straightforward and I've never once felt like I was being pushed to do something to my car that wasn't necessary. They're always quick to fit you in the schedule and the customer service is great. We're thankful to have this business in the area. read more

I started coming to Bucks County Auto Care many years ago based on a recommendation from a trusted friend in the automotive business. He certainly didn't steer me wrong (no pun intended). Rob and his team are nothing short of amazing. I couldn't even tell you how many times I've called them with minor as well as major vehicle issues and they always do their best to get me in ASAP. Rob is an awesome resource, given that he's not only the service advisor but an experienced technician as well, so he's always able to explain things clearly and answer any questions I might have. As a family-owned business that seems to truly care about their customers, it's a refreshing change from the franchise/chain repair shops who try to upsell you things you don't really need. This place tells it like it is and lets you make the final decision. I've always heard people say if you find a good doctor or a good mechanic it's like hitting the lottery...that may be a stretch, but all I can say is that these guys have helped me out of a jam more than once. They do the job right the first time, stand behind their work, and on the rare occasion something still needs attention they take care of it immediately. read more

After taking my vehicles here for some past things I have decided to go elsewhere. I recently had my vehicle in for a Pennsylvania state inspection and was told that it needed items repaired that would not disqualify it according to state guidelines and 2 other ASE certified mechanics. And these were both expensive items. You have lost my trust in your business. read more

They always go above and beyond. I had a computer issue with my 2006 Dodge Dakota and they went so far as to check blogs on line to assist in identifying the problem and recommending a solution. Cars and Trucks today aren't always just look at the manual to repair. There are many cases especially with older vehicles that should be recalls, but we all know how cheap the manufacturers are with that. read more
