They quickly pulled the bolt and put a plug in the tire as the damage was in the tread and not the sidewall. The work was done quickly and they saved me a lot of money. I think there are other stores that try to oversell customers but I firmly believe that Bergey's is a very honest company. I purchased a vehicle from them and used their service department for many years (Bergey's Dodge) and they were always trustworthy and truthful to me. I did not know that was going to cost me an arm and a leg, I also asked if their work is going to show up on the CARFAX report, just so I can keep a record and they could not give me a straight answer. One guy I talked to, obviously hated his job, treated me as if I was just another task he had to get through just so he can go home. Moral of the story, don't come here! Well, turns out I had NO fluid in the rear differential due to a slow leak. The moving steel parts inside essentially fused together (luckily I pulled over to the shoulder FAST).
