Derek always takes time to answer questions and explain the problems he will fix. I have a car with 94 thousand miles which has been maintained there and I only have occasional big expenses for things that wear out. A routine maintenance is not unreasonable compared to other places. The favorable condition of my car speaks somewhat to the dependability of the Honda Civic but also is to the credit of Barry Luff Auto. They have taken care of about 6 (lost count) different cars over the years. I will keep going there.
