Man leaves information for business to call him back. Man doesn't get a call for a week. Man decides to give business a second chance. Man calls business, gets voicemail again. Man leaves message saying he didn't get a call last time he left a message, man leaves information for business to call him. Then man gets a call from business the day after. Business says to him that they would like to come out the next day to see the job. They're not sure when, but they will call man the next day to set up the visit. Man doesn't hear from them the next day, and in fact never hears from them again. Guess what happens next? This business didn't get the business. Someone else got the business. Our community paid this company 12 grand to install a retractable gate for our parking lot. The day after our one-year warranty expired, the gate stopped working completely and Delta would not answer the phone or return calls from members or our community. We had to contact a different company, who showed us that the installation was actually defective as Delta installed a bar that was too short, and as a result could not keep a vital component in place properly. Now we have to pay for a costly repair and our lot is wide open for creeps and bums to skulk around late at night.
