Days later, when my trunk unexpectedly stopped working, Abraham traveled from New Jersey to my home in Philadelphia, fixed the issue promptly, and didn't charge me anything extra. BTW, if they are charging you a 4% service fee on your credit card like they tried to do to me the first time, it is not legal, UNLESS THEIR BANK IS CHARGING THEM 4%! Once you call them out on it, they will call you back and drop the fee. This was important because a friend offered to drive from a great distance to sit with me until a locksmith arrived but with a short ETA, it wasn't necessary (saved my friend time and gas). Russel was friendly and worked quickly on that rainy evening to replace the lock on my security door. Unfortunately, because the lock was a deadbolt he had to drill through the key hole to remove the entire unit.
