The bent wheel was to me a low priority as that car is really and truly an extra car and only driven on good days, it's a convertible. I called on a Monday, they checked the appointment book and scheduled me for that Wednesday. Come Wednesday, dropped the car off in the morning and a few hours later received a phone call saying your car is finished and can be picked up.
