No problem...they pre-measured the tread and noted the tires met state requirements. McCaffrey's told me the tires would have to be replaced without a formal measurement. They were courteous and an experienced, professional staff provided detailed explanations about the work being done or proposed to be done. Picked me and dropped me off, as well. Pricing is less than dealers and feedback was honest and sincere. They recommended new air filters, which is standard for most cars with notable mileage, but I declined. No big deal. My car was returned with no grease smudges (thank you!). I will definitely return for future service. And they have experienced diesel mechanics for my Super Duty.
