Went in the morning and dropped car off, super easy and smooth. They called me probably 2 hours later and gave me a run down of issue and cost to repair. I have had some issues with my car in the rain, they couldn't find anything they could point to as the problem. I will take it back when it rains and they can fix it then. Their prices are fair and their estimate on repair time is always accurate. Vicky, who man's the front desk is the most amazing at her job. She has literally saved us well over a thousand dollars by her thorough research and getting the most out of suppliers. She is always outgoing and kind to a fault. She makes going to the garage a positive experience. I cannot say enough about her professionalism.. I actually ran into a customer who is my age, went to the same school and church as I did as youngsters. Though we remembered each other, we shared the same friends. It was a great time of recalling shared experiences. It only enhanced what I like to say, and that is Marvelous things happen at Mayers!

Veteran Price-Gouged $1,900 for One Week - Disgraceful…read more If I could put ZERO stars I would. As a U.S. military veteran, I've dealt with my fair share of tough situations, but nothing prepared me for the blatant price gouging I experienced with this towing company. My car was held for just one week, and they charged me $1,900 -- yes, you read that right. No clear breakdown, no explanation that made sense -- just an inflated bill and a rude attitude when I questioned it. They showed zero respect or empathy, even after I explained I was a veteran just trying to get my vehicle back. This company is clearly preying on people when they're most vulnerable. The lot was disorganized, customer service was beyond unprofessional, and the whole process felt like a scam wrapped in a legitimate business license. To treat anyone like this is wrong -- to treat a veteran this way is disgraceful. Avoid this place like the plague.
