If this service cannot be reliably provided, it should be removed from the online scheduling system--or at the very least, customers should be proactively contacted if the system is malfunctioning--to prevent unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.

About a month ago they were having issues with their equipment. They have two bays to go along with the tunnel. Since the Tunnel wasn't working I saw a car being washed in one of the bays. So I asked the manager if I could use one. This guy got in my face within less than an inch. I said nothing to provoke him. Putting all that aside, this is the best tunnel carwash in the state. After the wash they literally detail the car. They spend a minimum of fifteen minutes drying and cleaning the care. The car comes out looking like a diamond.

He made you feel comfortable right away, very knowledgable and most importantly - was fair in his estimates of what I needed done. 2.
