We had to rent a car and pay out of pocket which Bob 's auto insurance (selective insurance) said that they would reimburse us. The total was $4,678.75 which they paid the deductible $500 and $839.88 leaving us to pay $3,838.87 of are own money. I reach out to Bobs Auto a few times to discuss the matter and they basically would say we will get back to you. I reach out again and Debbie said not are problem we had are insurance close the claim and hung up on me. I understand accidents happen I don't understand why we are out $3,838.87 because of one of there driver hit my wife. We have been nothing but patient. I hope they understand I'm going to every news outlet every local Facebook page and as far as I can go until I get paid back the money that's owed to my family.

I needed to drop my MINI off after work and the night drop was a little tricky to find. However, once you get back behind the building, parking was ample and the night drop box was easy to use. If you have a MINI or BMW, you will want to go here over any other local shop for service or upgrades. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of their staff. The fact that they were willing to be honest with me about the service my car actually required speaks volumes. Highly recommended.
