Joe arrived well before his estimated time and tried to figure out why the car had died. He then took extreme caution in loading the car--which had been lowered and had a brand new wrap--without causing any damage. When he arrived at our home, he again took extreme care in off loading it, mindful of the overhanging tree and the damage that the branches would cause to the wrap finish. Instead of leaving it under the tree, he and my son pushed it up the slight incline until it cleared the tree. This is service above and beyond any expectations we had.
